This place is,HORRIBLE! My ex-husband rented a unit at the John hopkins location to put our boys fall items in and some other things, and the storage sold them. I reached out to the property mang, she has YET to call. In fact, she told the other store mang, to tell us she was BUSY! Now, I wanted them to contact the buyer, because some of the items, belongs to Hoover City Schools. There are my sons DECA State Championship Trophies, two Hoover city labtops, ALL sons Honor Certificates from 1st-10grade, awards,pictures, documents etc..Not to mention, ALL OF THEIR FALL/WINTER ITEMS. WE NOTHING. They do not care. I LITERALLY BEGGED, please call me , please get in touch with the buyer. I worked for Public storage for 4 years, there's always something that can be done. They are rude, nasty attitudes, no compassion for my sons, etc!! DON'T RENT HERE!!! read more

She guided me through the whole process and helped me decide on the best unit to fit my needs. The building is clean and secure. I love that they have carts available so you don't have to actually carry your belongs to your unit. They have decent prices and able to get insurance for your things in case something happens. I will recommend public storage to anyone in need of a storage unit! read more
