I got their brown sugar latte which I believe was part of their special limited time menu (?) It was not overly sweet, but perfect mix of coffee and sweetness! 4 stars only because I only ordered a tiny part of their menu!

We came here the morning after a concert, and it was clear we weren't the only people in need of caffeine. We had to repeat our order to the barista 3 times - but eventually she got it right. I opted for an iced Americano with 3 shots of espresso. It was bold, cold, and refreshing. I liked and appreciated that there were so many seating options - and the surroundings were very aesthetic. Don't forget to take a picture of the ATX cowboy boots (i didn't realize until after we left that the boots spelled out ATX) PS the bathrooms have great lighting

Great breakfast spot within the Downright Hotel. Open morning hours and serves drinks and coffee. We came here after a late night to get our day started off legit. For food got the everything bagel Sammie and breakfast burro. For drinks the honey bear latte and bourbon coffee. Everything was divine. Seating was plentiful and lobby vibe was bright. They have mimosa for $10 bucks and other cocktails that you can partake in. If staying nearby or in the Downright, wouldn't pass this up. Food quality was great especially the tender meat. Tip: grab a side of their homemade jam, you will not be disappointed.

Once you walk to the Renaissance hotel out of one of their windows you can see the Morningbird sign. The restaurant is located in the lobby and it is part of their open space. There's a lot of seating so no need to worry about that as you can sit wherever. Who knew a sandwich would cost around $20. I wasn't impressed with the price. The food was good and we got an extra bag of homemade chips complimentary. But $41 for two sandwiches are a bit steep and I live in nyc. This is waayy too pricey. Also, they even ask if you would like to tip. Certainly, not, especially when no one is serving you and everything has to be done by the customer such as picking out a table, getting your own water and napkins while cleaning up after one self after you're done.

Pumpkin latte

Very cute, well decorated cafe at the base of a hotel, with solid drinks and handheld breakfast options. I had a seasonal pumpkin latte and danish and everything tasted as good as it looked. The seating really makes for a relaxing environment, and that kind of thing makes a cafe stand out in a city full of coffee shops!

Stopped by with my friend to grab some coffee and we really loved the ambiance! The wall area was great for pictures and we enjoyed our nitro cold brew and espresso. Such a cute place onside of the Renaissance Hotel!

My bill for 2 people was $48 and the breakfast burritos were terrible and old. The green juice was $12.

I stopped in to grab some to-go coffees while waiting in line with friends at Franklin Barbecue…read more This is just one of three Radio locations, and maybe the cutest. Radio Rosewood is easily the smallest space of them all, but it has this neighborhood charm that the size of both their main location on Manchaca and Radio//East lack. It adds this entirely new level of comfort to Radio. They have brunch options, as I saw people getting served, but I come to Radio for their drinks most times. I got a Spiced Maple Oat Latte that was excellent. The staff is so welcoming that you wish you could stay longer. I'll have to come back and give this location more attention. RIYL: Radio, but smaller. Like a pocket radio.

My friends and I met at this charming cafe in East Austin, and I was amazed by the inviting warmth…read moreof the intimate shop. The baristas greeted us, and they were so helpful. They gave us a quick rundown of all the drinks and food items they offer. They like to encourage conversation & creativity amongst the people in the community, so laptops are prohibited on the weekends as well as after 5pm on weekdays, they are closed on Mondays. There's a handful of parking spots in front of the cafe, or you can choose to park on the street in the neighborhood. There are beautiful plants and board games for you to play while in the cafe. They have tables outside on the patio, or they have tables, chairs, benches and couches inside. They have a dj booth since they have a dj at night, and they even had music records and merch shirts for sale. There were only 2 other small groups of people when we went on a Saturday morning. I choose a #2 smoothie, a turkey pesto sandwich (Turkey, Basil Pesto, Provolone Cheese, Sun dried tomato spread, mayonnaise. Served on a toasted ciabatta from Texas French Bread) and with a side of fresh berries. It was fresh, flavorful and delicious. I love to support small businesses, so I plan to be back on another quiet weekend morning.

One thing my partner appreciates is the availability of chilled reds on the menu. My only complaint is I get eaten alive by bugs in the back, but they do have bug spray and fly fans! I just wish there was treatment (even citronella candles would do) back there too.
