Casual brunch spot right off Mill Ave! I tried Morning Squeeze for the first time for brunch the other day. We were seated on the outdoor patio. I liked this because it gave me a chance to people watch the pedestrians from Mill. The food was good. I ordered the overnight oats bowl. The pumpkin granola topping made this meal delicious. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. I ordered a latte to-go near the end of our brunch. Our waitress served it in a glass cup. When I reminded her that it was to-go, she brought a plastic cup and set it on the table for me to transfer the latte from the glass cup to the plastic cup. It was strange. This is a place that I like to spend my morning when visiting Arizona. Its name says it all: Morning Squeeze; when you step in, this place feels clean and fresh. Food, service, ambiance was all good overall. We were promptly greeted and asked our drink order. Mimosa flights were absolutely delicious (especially the grapefruit one) . Food was good. The only gripe I had about my eggs Benedict was that the egg white was still undercooked (it was translucent still in most of it) now I love eggs over easy and all the only thing with eggs that you're ordering undercooked is that the egg white needs to always be cooked , it's the yolk that can be undercooked. Maybe other don't mind but for me, just make sure my egg is cooked enough to not get salmonella. Service started out great but overall I would say everything from food to service to ambiance was just good. Good enough to go back to. This is an adorable place for brunch. Great it's in downtown Tempe so parking is not the best but definitely worth it. You can get everything you need that you need here to get your day started from hot cakes, oatmeal French toast, omelettes and of course bloody Mary's and mimosas the service is super friendly And very accommodating highly recommend. This is our second time eating here. The food is good, the atmosphere is relax. The service could be better. Our waitress didn't come around asking if we wanted more coffee, we had to stop her and ask for it. The food took a while to come from the kitchen, Howe what we got was excellent. Great place for brunch food and drinks. Was sat within 5 minutes during prime brunch time in a Sunday. There is a very nice patio and outdoor seating as well. This place was recommended by a friend. So, we tried it for breakfast yesterday. The staff was genuinely warm and friendly. They are the reason that this review is a 4 star review. I have never had Chicaquiles before, so I tried them. Turned out that, for me, it seemed like way too many chips. I enjoyed the perfectly poached eggs on top. My friend had the Eggs My Way and chose the scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and toast. The portion was generous and reported to be really good. Immediately NO, I'm being generous with these stars. The food was not good. The eggs weren't real, the biscuit had to be two days old because it was dry and brittle, if it was fresh, fire whomever made them! The potatoes were seasoned well but could've been cooked a little longer.. The bacon was the only saving grace on the plate! My mom had the biscuits and gravy and was disappointed, she said the gravy was bland and too lumpy. She barely ate the eggs and bacon. Our server was nice but she never mentioned her name. A bit pricey for the taste / quality, but a decent meal (especially for breakfast) if you're in the area. The mimosa - eh, I'd skip it. I couldn't finish mine because of the taste, and that is a rare commodity with me. The breakfast burrito was filled pretty stocked and I opted for sour cream and salsa dips versus the green or red sauce that usually comes with it. Super cute little brunch spot! My friend and I came here for brunch on a Friday morning so it wasn't packed at all and we were seated outside on the patio right away. We each ordered their Mimosa Flight which was absolutely delicious. I ordered the smoked salmon benedict which was also really delicious. I think it's a little salty with the capers on it but I still enjoyed it. Customer service was really good and if you check in then you'll get a free cup of coffee. My friend and I planned to meet at a different breakfast spot, but it was closed and thankfully this was nearby so we came here. There were plenty of seats available on the patio bar, so we sat there. I like the setup; there's an indoor and outdoor bar and the servers take care of all the customers there. I ordered the Cali Benedict with potatoes and it was good, pretty filling and just needed some condiments to spice up the dish. My friend enjoyed her omelette as well and got an orange juice. Stopped by for our last breakfast before heading home. We were seated immediately. Took a little before our server came but she was pleasant and helpful. I ordered a Belgian waffle with extra powered sugar and sausage links. My son ordered biscuits with sausage gravy and eggs over medium. Husband ordered eggs, bacon, potatoes and a side of pancakes. Both of them ordered a mimosa that they both enjoyed. Everything was great! I like my waffle extra crispy and they delivered. Pretty average. Got the Steak Frites & Hangover bowl here and it really reminded me of the Sysco dining hall food at Arizona State. And not the good kind of food at Barrett I'm talking about the one at Hassy or the Student Union. Not seasoned, steak was grey on the outside and rare on the inside, hangover pork was cooked well but a dearth of taste - just underwhelming. Fries looked exactly like the stock potatoes you get at a Sysco chain restaurant. I guess it's busy because of it's location on Mill and proximity to West 6th? I don't know why you'd go here when there's Matt's Big Breakfast, Snooze, or First Watch a stones throw away. read more

I visited this establishment in hopes of enjoying a nice breakfast and drink but instead I sat at the bar and was not greeted nor offered any water or assistance within 2-3 minutes. Once I was acknowledged I was just given a menu and still no offer of water or anything else to drink. And to top it off my lady asked for the counter to be wiped and thanked the waitress for doing so but was not given a you're welcome or any type of acknowledgment.
