I was able to drop my truck on a Sunday night with the convenient night-drop-window. When my truck was ready, the site flashed my truck was ready for pickup. We were greeted nicely and he had a technician quickly come over to check out our car. He took it back into the garage where he was able to fix it on the spot. We were told no charge. Only if we had it and wanted to, we could help out his employee with a small tip. The employee ( who I wish I had caught his name) had taken such good care of us and fixed our car nicely. That was it. How nice is it, to see people that genuinely care about people and not always about taking advantage of the situation.
