I find it absolutely Egregious as of the date and time of this review, performance collision is…read morelisted in the top 10 best Collision shops in Morgantown West Virginia. Obviously as of this review they only have one review on this particular platform which is the platform that placed them in the top 10 for our area. Do not be fooled though........ My particular experience with this location is as follows. 2 times my car was at a performance collision location, it made its way from the Morgantown location to the Parsons West Virginia location. It made its way back illegally speaking to the Morgantown location a complete mess on the inside. From a percentage standpoint only 80% of the work was done that was paid for a, of that 80% that was done 70% was done incorrectly right down to something so stupid as not matching the paint properly. It wasn't so much that the paint was not done properly matched on the entire vehicle, somehow they managed to only miss Madge the paint on about half of what they did. How in the world do you miss match paint on only part of the paint job that you do? My mind is completely blown over the fact that only part of the paint job they did was mismatched. Not only that but they were paid to do work that they didn't even do. Their repair work was so badd not only once but twice, that the insurance company forced them to pay for the cost of the rental card the 2nd time around. It is also my understanding that payments to this location were put on hold as a result of the bed work that they did comet not only that but it is also my understanding that my particular insurance company has put in motion the process that will remove them from their partner network. The 2nd time I got the car back, rob who I assume is the person in charge of this shop would not stop talking about how he had no idea why this car came back a second time. According to him and his opinion based on what he said he felt there was nothing wrong with the vehicle whatsoever. However I vividly remember picking my car up a second time at the Morgantown location and that listening to an employee of that shop utter the words, " It's a darn shame they couldn't have done it right the 1st time down there this car looks so much better now than it did when we got it for the 2nd time" I'll never forget the death glare that rob gave that employee when he heard him say that. Of course any business has the right to lie to the Better Business Bureau as it is not an official body, but my badge experience alternately caused me to have to seek out assistance from the Better Business Bureau whom the owner of the shop completely lied to. Subsequently my car was taken to a new body shop for another estimate, and before I could tell the owner of that shop why I was there from about 50' away the owner of that shop said these exact words: " My God, what did they do to your car? Never mind I don't even want to know.. It is completely screwed up I can tell by looking at it it was in an accident and then it was repaired improperly, rest assured though I'll fix it" Ultimately as the result of the bed repair work at performance collision 2 times over my car was totaled. There is an open case with the Attorney General's office right now and depending on how that shakes out they will or will not find themselves in small claims court. What I can say is this, Regardless of the outcome I will never take my vehicle to perform its collision ever again, I recommend everybody never take their car to perform its collation for any reason whatsoever. I also understand of course mistakes happen, this was not a mistake this was absolute complete utter disregard, As well as this particular experience and experiences that other people have had and posted on public review platforms indicate that I highly doubt anybody inside the performance collision center network including those that work there have the proper experience and/or certification to fix something so small as smashed bug goo on your windshield.... I remember When I was 17 years old taking my 1st car to the vo Tech school to have a new paint job put on it, because in a situation like that if you paid for the parts or paid for the paint the students would do it for free as well they needed cars to work on. Under the supervision of a votique teacher in a school setting a bunch of high school students that a much better job painting my 1st vehicle then performance collision did 20 some years later for profit repairing a vehicle not once but twice. Stay far far away from this place, I would not trust them to place stickers on a power wheels vehicle let alone ever touch anybody's car. Absolute sham! This place should be ashamed of themselves and should be shut down immediately. If I have not said it yet I'll say it again and can't say it enough, complete total and utter thievery.

They looked at the car first thing Monday morning, had the estimate to the insurance company and the parts ordered by Monday afternoon, and the car was fixed and ready to be picked up before they closed on Friday. The total cost of the repair was very reasonable and the car looks great. They were always polite on the phone and answered any questions I had about the repair process. I hope I never need auto body work again, but if I do I'll definitely go back.

I had some scratches on my fender and bumper and was told T-Body was the best in the area…read more I called and was able to get an appointment in two months; a long time but they were exceptionally busy which is expected for a top-notch body shop. As the appointment neared, I received a text with a link to a repair status site - WOW! Love that I could see when the work was started and an estimate cost of all the work to be done. I was able to drop my truck on a Sunday night with the convenient night-drop-window. When my truck was ready, the site flashed my truck was ready for pickup. The truck was ready within the estimate repair timeline which was very appreciated. When I arrived, I was met with courteous smiles and chatty banter. I paid and received important instructions on washing my vehicle, etc. I truly appreciate the professionalism and exceptional work done on my truck bringing it back to looking like new. I highly recommend you use T-Body.

A quick follow up phone call was made from Tyler at the body shop to confirm appointment. We were greeted nicely and he had a technician quickly come over to check out our car. He took it back into the garage where he was able to fix it on the spot. We were told no charge. Only if we had it and wanted to, we could help out his employee with a small tip. The employee ( who I wish I had caught his name) had taken such good care of us and fixed our car nicely. That was it. How nice is it, to see people that genuinely care about people and not always about taking advantage of the situation.
