This one has layers. Please, do not trust this shop. Please, do not allow this shop to do any work in your vehicle that doesn't involve tires. ASE Certified mechanic here... A year ago, they could not properly perform an alignment on my vehicle and told me I needed to have extra hardware installed which required over $300 in work. I took it to a trusted friend at Kress Tire in Pittsburgh and they aligned it just fine. Thought, alright, just a young mechanic's mistake, took an experienced fella to get it done right. Took it back later to have my vehicle inspected, I received a vehicle that was in fact inspected, but with a quote that "your exhaust has a slight leak and we will pass it this time, but will cost about $1,800 to repair next time" to which I rolled my eyes. I later took it to Deep Hollow in Albright, and the honest mechanic repaired it in an hour, very fine work for less than $200. It gets worse. Had the A/C refilled at Deep Hollow (my now trusted shop) But the pump had previous issues, and now required replacement. Shop didn't have time to fit me in before I leave for my road trip, so I tried Tire Lame again (not a typo) figuring hey, they can't strike out a third time, right? Right? Handed a very specific work order to only replace the A/C compressor. Quoted me $500 to replace my compressor. I brought the vehicle in, they then increased the quote to $800, to which I refused. Time to pick the vehicle up. I received the vehicle with no cruise control response (I am disabled in my right leg and always use CC) When I returned home, I traced the vacuum lines to find the careless mechanic had broken a nipple to the vacuum line just above the high pressure nipple for the A/C system and neglected to repair it afterward. Not to mention fully disconnecting the CC linkage on the throttle. That's not the worst. I delivered the vehicle with a full tank of gas, I picked it up an 1/8 under, with my dash cam wires disconnected. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLES. I've never seen such negligence. The only reason and the ONLY reason they get two stars, is they have good prices on tires. And the quality of tires has yet to be proven. Maybe I'll come back and rant about that too. If you made it this far, call someone else. You've obviously had your doubts. I will never go back to tireland! I bought firestone tires in june 2021 with a 65,000 mile warranty on them , tires are worn out down to 4/32. Owner refused to honor the warranty on the tires, said firestone would not cover them! Tried to get me to buy 86.00 garbage tires plus mounting and balancing! Went to dinsmore tire instead, they had 4 new tires mounted and balanced and windshield wipers put on in 45 mins and they offer free rotatioon and tire fix read more

Every time I went there they said cars needed something else. Took it to nissian dealer they gave me an inspection report. The next week I went to get inspected and they told me I needed things to pass inspection. I took my car back to Nissian and it passed inspection. If you get tires put on watch your rims when they come out of shop cause they don't care if they scratch them read more

My father and I were on our way back from back home to Dayton from Baltimore when we got two flat tires. We had a bent rim and a spare that blew up when we filled it with air. These guys replaced the donut spare and cleverly put an inner tube in the tire with the bent rim which stayed perfectly inflated for the next 400 miles home. I had a poorly timed nail in my tire, and they fit me in for an immediate repair, patched the tire, and had me on my way very affordably in about 15 minutes. It's a mechanic shop so it's not a fancy waiting room or building or lot, but they were kind, fast, and professional. read more

Im a former employee of tireland inc its a shame that its run by someone who has no clue how to run a repair shop or treat employees i worked there 2 different times and finally learned my lesson first let me start by saying other than the owner and the 1 so called mechanic theres a great bunch of guys that work there dave porter is an awsome boss and 1 hell of a guy you cant ask for a better crew of tire guys than bill john and clint got nothing but good to say about them but the owner marion zucarri has no clue of how to run a repair shop or how to keep a good mechanic everything was great the first 3 years i worked there when dave Harbaugh ran everything couldnt be happier with my job everything was great but then dave retired and marion took over my job was like being in hell i was expected to do a 12 hour job in 8 hours got screamed at like a dog pulled off of one job to do someone elses job because they weren't capable needless to say i stuck up for myself and got fired and falsely acused of being on drugs to make it short and sweet i ended up in unemployment court made him show what a clown he is and beat him in court for unemployment so i got paid till i found a job finally got hired somewhere else and was happy till the owner sold the business eventually i went back to tireland and decided to give it another shot everything was great for 4 months then marion started his bullshit again first let me say his other so called mechanic has never rebuilt an engine in his life so in all honesty hes nothing but a parts changer doesn't belong being called a mechanic anyhow it ended up being rush and get it done again and all the hard jobs got put on me again so i was already getting irritated and starting to look for a new job meanwhile this minivan came in that needed a motor marion instructed me to find a motor so i called around to the junk yards and found 1 for 350$ marion gave me the money and the shop truck and told me to go get it so i did i brought the motor back changed all the gaskets put the motor in test drove it for 2 days the man came and picked his van up around 2 months later the man called said the engine was making noise so marion said to bring it back the motor did have a 90 day warranty i looked at the motor it had a lifter making noise fallowing marions instructions i flushed the motor tried to quiat the lifter it ended up not working so i said it needed to be opened up and make sure of whats wrong it probably needed new lifters marion said no the guy wants a different engine i said ok call the junk yard its under warranty the next day i came in to work getting screamed at again marion said i was paying for the motor and wasn't getting paid for the labor he said because i found the motor i was responsible i defended myself again and said no im not you bought the engine not me and all i did was call the junk yard and locate it and as far as the labor i did everything properly it not my fault the engine has problems it was put inn right there was nothing wrong with my work so he screamed at me again insisting i pay for it and eat the labor i told him bullshit and your not going to treat me like a dog i ended up walking out the door and quitting a few days later i went back to get my tools and he tried to keep them after arguing more and threatening to call the state police i got what was left of my tools back i guess the other so called mechanic helped himself to about 2000$ worth of my tools and i cant prove it so i guess i loose but i want everyone to know the truth about tireland marion charged that man 2 times what he paid for that motor and tried to rip me off if you take your car to tireland realize what your dealing with if osha would walk in that filth he would be shut down there ate many unsafe issues with tireland and its nothing but hes to greedy to spend the $to fix the place also ask to see the mechanics certifacates he never even took a course in school also to those of you with bmw mercedez jaguar Volkswagen and volvo he does not have the proper equipment or tools or knowledge to work on them so please beware and do your research i made the best choice of my life leaving tireland i have a awsome boss with a clean garage to work in all the proper equipment and making 3 times as much just wanted to put the truth out there thank you for your time read more
