He showed her damage that unless you are trained well in your craft, no one could see. The only reason she didn't have Bob do the work is because the university shut down and she had to leave campus and drive home out of state to get the truck fixed. I never got the same answer twice & the whole situation wad a bad case of miscommunication. They seemed annoyed that I was asking questions & I felt totally taken advantage of. Two days after I picked my car up, I started smelling something funny. Took it to a tire shop, ended up jacking up the car, popping the hood, & looking around.
