Bill and Mark are the standout employees to help your car look its best. In three minutes, your car will be dapper. If you purchase the unlimited pass, the car wash pays for itself if used more than twice a month. This is the true value and worth every cent. When entering, the license plate reader scans you and the gate opens. There is literally no fuss nor wait. I don't use the free vacuums that much, but they did come in handy yesterday!!! pro tip: When you buy an unlimited pass, you may use all of the Mr. Magic car washes in the area and there must be more than a dozen of these things. Our maintenance and operations teams follow that rule closely ( they need to put some money back in to there product)when equipment needs repairs, they act together to keep everything running safely and reliably, even if that occasionally results in overlapping downtime. ( more than occasionally) As outlined in our terms and conditions: "Although this is an unlimited use car wash program, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs or maintenance or due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control. It would be in your control if you spend some money)We do not guarantee any of our car washes will be available to you at the time you seek to use it. ( I know that for sure , and you don't care rude people)Your unlimited package is accepted at each of our car wash locations. We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day and operate on reduced hours on other holidays. ( nothing else to say , commercial not needed) Credit is not issued for holidays, maintenance, repairs or other closures." I live out of state and have a membership with another carwash. In comparison, the Drake's wash cycle was longer and more involved. I felt like the car was very clean when I left. Comparing the pricing to what I pay, getting a monthly subscription would be a no-brainer. My carwash even charges for the vacuums, which Drake's does not if you are a customer. Highly recommended!

While the attendants are mostly friendly and helpful at this location, I am FURIOUS with Mr Magic as a company. They have been continuing to charge my account even tho it has been cancelled since October. They are refusing to pay back the three months when I was charged in error. The worst part is you can't reach a live person only "Bubbles" their AI assistant. So frustrating!!! My advice is pay each time you need to go, or try one of the zillion new Mod Wash locations in our area instead. Do better Mr Magic! :(

As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. The exterior was spotless and devoid of any evidence of the immense amount of brake dust that had built up on the wheels. All that for a completely reasonable price. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably. All in all, there is no conceivable way that I could be any happier with 412 Auto Detail, and I enthusiastically endorse them.
