some employees are very nice but others are literally the rudest employees i've ever seen. i also witnessed someone named john who i was told is the "manager" selling pills to the lower level employees RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES. normally i wouldn't say anything, because i know low-wage jobs can be rough, but this man was not only selling drugs, he was extremely rude! please do not come to this location. read more

This place used to be my number one go to for getting a car wash and we went frequently. Sometime in the last 6 to 9 months they changed their pricing structure and now it's like $20-$30 for a single car wash. Absolutely ridiculous. They went to a monthly pay structure. Glad a new car wash is opening up in Granville in the future. read more

I'll start with the positive...my car was VERY clean...better then I expected...they we're able get in all the nooks and crannies...never had a better job done on my car...now the negative...I paid for my car was at 11:39 am...it is now 3:49 pm and they just got done with my car...I now COVID19 is hard on everyone but waiting over 4 hrs is just not ok...no one came gave me an update or anything while I was there...when I left I got a sorry for your wait...there were 5 guys at 1 point working on my car so 4 hrs I still think is really long...hope you look into what happened today and make the needed changes...I might give this this place 1 more chance but if it goes this long again...that will be it. read more

Expressway Car Wash - My receipt just so you can see I'm not lying about the time I got here and you can tell by my post the time I'm leaving. - Car Wash Near Me - Morgantown, West Virginia

Oh my dark lord - this place is amazing! Their basic services are very detail oriented. Their specialty services are an assembly line of perfection. They even check their work with an inspection light! I thought the pricing was quite reasonable. Don't forget to tip! read more

Drive thru is 3 stars, while the detail is 5 stars for the money. They did a really good job on polishing it up to include the headlights, got it primed and ready for me to sell it. Great customer service too. read more

Paid for the highest priced wash and got less service than the car in front of me and the car behind me. They both got pre-sprayed and I didn't. $12 and my car wasn't cleaned very well. Too bad Stenger's closed and got sold! read more

I'm so glad I found this place. I'm from NY where there are only full service car washes. Even though I had to drive from Fairmont it was so worth it! They do an amazing job! Exterior and interior. I didn't have time to wait for the premium service I wanted (4 hours) but I will definitely go back. Next time on a weekday at 8 when they open. So professional. I'm super impressed. read more

Hands down the best car wash in Morgantown. I have been to several others and my car has never came out as clean as it does at Expressway. All of the staff are polite and I've never experienced any malfunctions with the equipment. The line can get a little long, but that is because this truly is the only car wash that gets your car clean in Morgantown! It's worth the wait. read more

Horrible place! Worst experience I ever had. Very poor service. I asked them in addvance whether they clean carpet and seat, they said it is included in detail cleaning. They charged me $68 for interior but didn't even touch the interior. Unfair charge as they provide no service! read more

i have a monthly pass which has been well worth it! the staff always takes great care when prepping my car.

Fine for a simple car wash in the salt covered winter roads but the detailing is an absolute scam. A 45 minute detail is 60 dollars, which WOULD be ok except; THAT DOESNT INCLUDE SEATS AND CARPET SCRUBBING! If you want that it's 49 dollars for each additional thing!! Want "pet hair removed?" That's another 49 dollars!!! People are stupid if they pay for all this. One has to ask what the heck they do for the base price and time interval. But their pricing scheme is an absolute scam, a legitimate sleezy con. Go buy your own products for less than 30 dollars and do it yourself. You'll do a better job and it's more rewarding. read more

I have taken several cars, my personal and fleet for washes. It's a great value and good service. HOWEVER, I recently opted for the $99 dollar full detail on my personal vehicle so I choose to wait inside. The stacks of animal murder magazines on both side tables was disgusting. This is not about deer, turkey, hunting, these magazines are geared toward sport hunting in foreign countries and ego massaging sick thrills. I have another vehicle to take in for the works but if the magazines are still in there, I'll go elsewhere. I will amend my review when the murder rags are gone. Update: Upon the first return to the business...they had added Better&Homes & Gardens and other nice reading material among the hunting magazines. I am happy to report that on my next visit ALL OF THE HORRIBLE MAGAZINES promoting the killing of large game animals and ALL hunting magazines were removed!!! Thank you! read more

I think for what I paid I got a decent wash out of this place! I don't think I would go to this place on the weekend either. But for 12 dollars you can get a good wash and a free vacuums. read more

Decent wash, not the best, but better than most. Got the 12 buck wash and it was good enough. Free vacuums were decent as well. Will stop again when in the area. read more

Excellent customer service! The guys here make a difference. I have been here several times and I always get a wash and the interior cleaned. Every time I am always impressed with the quality and effort they put into their work. My car is spotless both inside and out. The last visit they went the extra mile to get the dog hair out of the back end, I know it's nearly impossible to get it all, nor do I expect them to, but these guys went above and beyond to get as much as they could. The man in charge is running a quality operation! Keep up the good work! Thank you! read more

Found this on the drive between Pittsburgh and DC. Great concept and delivery. I will be back even if I have to make a special trip! Please open a location closer to Pittsburgh! read more

The Carwash does a great job. But I purchased the $99 detail. And they tried to tell me I had too much trash. I asked if they could give me some kind of a refund since they refused to clean it. They declined. They then told me if I removed the trash myself, they would clean it. It took me 4 minutes to remove the trash. It was mainly just papers and old books considering the truck was a company vehicle. If you're looking for a carwash that will go above and beyond and being willing to work hard. This is not the place. read more

Great car wash for the low price. I always get the $10 wash & the $15 interior detailing. Can't beat it!

I have always had a great experience here. It is excellent value -- especially the $15 express detail. Definitely will go back.

Let's be honest, cars important to us. So it only makes sense that you'll try to find a nice carwash, regardless of price. I had heard of this place from friends as a great place. Saw the prices (almost $12 as the most. Not including extras) and thought I'd be getting a premium wash. What I got was a nice heaping pile of disappointment. The film on my car didn't even come off. If a carwash can't even get a film off my car, how can it get grease or bugs? Oh that's right, by paying $4 more dollars for them to spray it off with a pressure hose that still doesn't get my film off. You're much better off going elsewhere or doing your own wash. Don't waste your money unless you want to see some pretty lights in the tunnel. read more

They offer 3 minutes car wash and detail services with affordable price. It is worth the money.

Please do not waste your money. I went there for the superior interior cleaning. I believe they just use water on the fabric. Everyone knows the driver side is usually the worst. It looks like they barely touched the mud stains on the carpet and seat. I have had interior cleaning in the past and the fabric has been so clean it looked new. Very disappointed. read more

I stopped by for a car wash and detailing after reading Yelp reviews. Just as some other customers have experienced, the staff at this business were very cordial and helpful, they explained in details the services they offer and they weren't pushing for a sale. Their work exceeded my expectation, my car was shining like new. The only tricky thing was to drive to the Detailing Garages after car wash, it was a sharp left turn that could be easily missed (I did miss that turn and had to loop back). I am taking my husband's car to get a detailing tomorrow. read more

I'm so disappointed!!! For paying the highest price and have my car still come out DIRTY- I won't go back!! Unacceptable, plain & simple.

Stopped on my way to work for the 15min detail and the young men on duty to day have done a tremendous job!! Much better than my last experience here. I highly recommend stopping in when they open when they attendants can pay extra attention to your vehicle! read more

Absolutely the best place to get your car washed in morgantown! I still can't get over the interior part being only $15!! And they do a wonderful job, every time I'm back in town I take my car here. Highly recommended read more

Decent wash, free vacuums. Not many choices in Morgantown for get a quality car wash. I would stop there again when in the area.

My wash was fine. I paid for a 15 minute express detail a full 30+ minutes ago and they haven't even started. I will update post detail, but I'm seriously disappointed with the time frame. I mentioned that I had a prior appointment and they did say I could come in on another day but that's all the consideration. They should have an estimated wait time on their purchase screen. They did a fantastic job and were courteous. It did take an hour and a quarter, way more time then I had allotted. I will come back if I have the time to spare. read more

Detail shop is closed today. Sunday at about 2:40 pm. The on-site part owner seems like a really good guy so don't know what happened. Felt awkward backing out of the car wash drive thru lane as requested by the guy at the door. He was nice about it, but hec just let the customers drive thru in the future. Backing out is tricky. read more

Terrible car wash. Went through it and came out with dirt still on the car. I even paid the $12 package. There's no soft cloth option. It's basically water with some soap suds. Won't go again. read more

I completely understand things malfunction, but when you are in line and the next to pay, and your attendant tells everyone in that line that they have to back up and get in the other line, instead of working the cars inline, and then when you question why you have to get in the back of the line behind 10 other cars, and all they can say is "it's not my fault they got in a different line" then walk off, you have a very bad customer service problem. I will not be using your services again after being treated like this. read more

This place sucks! Paid for a wash and dry. There was no soap coming out. My car is still dirty. The dryer didn't dry it at all. Just wasted money to have my hosed off with no wash. I complained to the girl running the car wash and her solution was to go back through. Sorry but after waiting in line for 40 minutes and still not getting what I paid for, I don't think I'd want to do it again. She was rude about as well. I will never go to this place again! read more

I got the $8 wash with the additional $4 attendant prep. When I left the wash I had soapy streaks that left weird marks that I never seen before all over my car. I drive a black 2013 Nissan Altima. When I drove through the wash it seemed like they barely use any water compared to other washes I've been to. The drying was a joke. I went though with the blow driers and the "spot free rinse," when I left my car was soaked and left a bunch of water marks. I'm still looking for a better car wash in town, I can't seem to have any luck. read more
