For about $4, I can get the outside of my car relatively clean as I don't mind doing it myself. This car wash may be the best of it's type I've used in my 60+ years. For those who don't want to do it personally, there is one bay that has a fully automated car wash. I tried it once & it was also fine. It's not long enough in there to drive through, so the washing equipment goes around the parked car. There are a few different levels, which add-on different chemicals to the wash process. At the end, there is a 1-minute blow dryer. There are I think 4 self-serve bays + the single automatic bay. There is also an indoor tub to bathe a pet. The self-serve units do accept credit cards, but I found that to be clunky/confusing. The equipment also accepts paper bills, so minimal coinage is needed & there is a coin changer on-site.

The inside of the car wash seems clean and maintained, but the ordering kiosk is so worn that you cannot even read the options anymore. Even after the work was done, their service advisor didn't inform me as I continued to wait. I had to flag down a staff member from Sales to finally get checked out. To schedule service, you get a call center, not the actual service department at this dealership. I had to call the General Manager of the dealership twice about the service department, here his son runs the service department, very poorly in my opinion. Their car wash was down, so instead of them taking my car to their sister dealership down the road, they told me to take the car there. In my opinion you shirked your responsibility. I was especially happy to learn that I didn't need to purchase new tires. The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and everyone made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you to Anthony and the service team for the prompt, honest, and efficient service. Wolbert's accepts car insurance claims and with my company they are on the preferred list. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. I was given a preliminary estimate and they were able to schedule me three days later. They told me it would take two days to complete the work. I deferred the repair until after Holy week since the car was drive able. I took the car in yesterday and got a complimentary ride home. You are given a website link with your estimate so you can check the progress of your repair. This helps greatly when there is "hidden" damage. In my case there were two other pieces needed. I was a little apprehensive as to how long it would take to get those pieces but they had them the next day. I got called mid afternoon letting me know my card was ready. They came and picked me up. I settled the deductible and the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome as I waited for them to bring my car back to me. They also gave me the final estimate which would be turned into insurance so I would know the exact amount of the claim. They offered me free soft drink from the refrigerator. I loved looking at the three turtles they had acquired that had grown and were sitting on their train tracks. I should note that Wolbert's does not use genuine dealer parts which is a requirement when filing a claim with my company. Since the work being done was cosmetic and they also verified I had no mechanical damage I was grateful. The front of the car looked like it never hit anything. Also, they offer free complimentary car wash with your repair. For me that is helpful no matter what the weather because the undercarriage is what really is important when getting the car cleaned. My insurance company has warranted the repairs lifetime outside of normal wear and tear. I've used their services years ago and remembered how pleased I was with them. I feel a lot better having my own car back so I can drive again. Located on East Crafton Ave near Sarafino's they are open weekdays only. Also, note that if you arrange a rental then they will have the company bring that car to you at their business and will have them pick it up from there when the work is completed.
