Great place to take your car. They do really good work and deal with the insurance who can be a pain sometime.

I don't ever leave reviews, but this place earns it! By far the best around! Having grown up here,…read moreI've been to a lot of repair shops around town-had some not so great experiences, and questionable prices.. Bob not only gives a fair price, but the quality of work is what makes it the best! He goes above and beyond to ensure that your vehicle is fixed properly and in a timely manner. Honest car places are hard to find.. especially being a woman, I'm always wondering if I'm getting ripped off.. so I'm thrilled to have a place I know I can trust and depend on to help get me back on the road ASAP. FIVE STARS!

We called a couple of places but owner Bob from Streets Collision and Customs was so straightforward and knew exactly what he was doing. He immediately set up an appointment for an estimate. He showed her damage that unless you are trained well in your craft, no one could see. The only reason she didn't have Bob do the work is because the university shut down and she had to leave campus and drive home out of state to get the truck fixed. It's nice to know that if my daughter needs anything in the future, Bob will take care of it. Very impressed by Bob's professionalism, knowledgeable and caring attitude. Since I wasn't there, Bob made sure I was on a two way call the whole time!! Thanks Bob!

Elijah Reynolds worked so hard to get us a great deal on a sweet ride!…read more He was beyond courteous, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient! We are so happy with our experience and especially grateful that we had Elijah as our Sales Consultant. John Sabo, the finance manager was so great to work with as well. Totally recommend this dealership and especially Elijah! : )

Where do I start, I was A employee for Gerry Raymond in fairmont for years! I have worked for alot…read moreof dealerships in my life and this is absolutely ridiculous. I I loved working there until the new General Manager started Scott Warner in January of 26. Scott was very unprofessional to me, never approached me to see how I was doing, but always wanted to talk to the other Detailer and did this to many of his employees. I worked in detail and had alot of stuff that I brought/bought with my own money because they couldn't afford to get us anything besides chemicals so over the years i had to make it a home away from home. He fired me on grounds of budget cuts. But blaming it on the normal stuff iv been doing there for years. I even offered to lower my pay 8 dollars on the hour and he still couldn't keep me. Also i bought a 2017 Silverado from them and come to find out, i went on vacation the week it came in on trade and they were going to wholesale it because it needed alot of work done too it. But they decided to put it on the lot AS IS. When i got back from Vacation i was looking for a reliable truck. One of the salesman who also knew about the problems with the truck and didn't tell me anything, reminder this to too one of their long term employees. I bought it and the next day and put 15k down cash, I found out from multiple mechanics that it needed two motor mounts, a transmission mount and a fuel pump. I went to Scott and told him about it which he agreed he will get fixed for me, but then three weeks later he fires me. Also they do not EVER do the Permaplate product on your new vehicle even when you are forced to pay for it, we did it maybe 1 or 2 times the right way, all they do is put a high gloss product on your vehicle, so don't fall for their tricks! There has been multiple vehicles that they sold AS IS knowing that multiple problems is on the vehicle and still sold it to the customers. I recommend nobody EVER buy a car here. I will miss everyone there. It was good while it lasted, but I had to make this review to be honest with people in Fairmont. And i know Scott is going to reply something on this just know this is the truth! Gerry Raymond needs too do better

In 2001 I was in the midst of a 2-year stretch of unemployment when my car started randomly shutting off. I took it to a dealership in DC. They told me that electrical problems are really hard to diagnose, and that it would probably be a minimum of 3 hours labor at $90 an hour plus whatever parts were needed on top of that. I told the guy at the dealership I couldn't afford that and that I would rather take it to Frank's in WV. The guy kindly showed me the fuse that kept blowing and how to change it. So I bought a box of fuses and headed to Fairmont, stopping every few miles to swap in a new fuse when the fuse blew and the engine died. I made it to Grantsville MD before it died completely. I called AAA to tow me the rest of the way to Frank's driveway. The next day Frank called me at my parents' house to say that a stick had gotten stuck in the cooling fan, which created a short and killed the engine every time the cooling fan kicked in. No charge. That's the kind of guy Frank is. There is one caveat: Frank's not a young man anymore, and he is semi-retired: if you need a fix fast, you should probably look elsewhere. But if time is not an issue, and you want a fair and honest diagnosis and estimate, and a low cost, high quality auto repair, Frank is your guy.
