We took our truck to this place because a so-called friend worked there and suggested it to us as an amazingly affordable place to go. From day one our truck was treated like garbage.. The person who worked on our truck caused more problems than we had to begin with, left tools under our hood and then charged us near 1000.00 for this shotty job. 2 days later we had to bring the truck back in because this so called mechanic had ruined our radiator.. he then proceeds to call my husband and complain about how his boss is taking the money out of his pay for HIS fuck up.. we pick the truck back up and now our truck is leaking antifreeze everywhere.. they said they fixed yet another leak this so called mechanic caused.. and can you guess what they did.. they charged us another 247.00 for another one of their fuck ups.. YES my husband was upset and expressed it to the secretarywho handed us another bill for something they messed up. So after this this mechanic texted my husband demanding he call in and apologize to the secretary for his attitude all after he called him an asshole and a dick because we were upset that our truck was still not fixed.. they broke things and then recharged us.. they did not offer to fix the problems they made. The texting from the employee continued for another 5 messages of cussing before i finally called this shit hole establishment and told the secretary that if she did not control her employees that i would be filing charges and blasting their business name all over our city page.. She made no apologies to thier shitty work or shitty attitudes and rudness.. The manager never called. This place is a complete joke.

In 2001 I was in the midst of a 2-year stretch of unemployment when my car started randomly shutting off. I took it to a dealership in DC. They told me that electrical problems are really hard to diagnose, and that it would probably be a minimum of 3 hours labor at $90 an hour plus whatever parts were needed on top of that. I told the guy at the dealership I couldn't afford that and that I would rather take it to Frank's in WV. The guy kindly showed me the fuse that kept blowing and how to change it. So I bought a box of fuses and headed to Fairmont, stopping every few miles to swap in a new fuse when the fuse blew and the engine died. I made it to Grantsville MD before it died completely. I called AAA to tow me the rest of the way to Frank's driveway. The next day Frank called me at my parents' house to say that a stick had gotten stuck in the cooling fan, which created a short and killed the engine every time the cooling fan kicked in. No charge. That's the kind of guy Frank is. There is one caveat: Frank's not a young man anymore, and he is semi-retired: if you need a fix fast, you should probably look elsewhere. But if time is not an issue, and you want a fair and honest diagnosis and estimate, and a low cost, high quality auto repair, Frank is your guy.
