The receptionist said they were all at lunch and someone would call me back. I wasn't expecting a callback but the guy called me the same day and said I was better off ordering the part and then bringing it in to be installed. I had never done that so went by to check I had the correct part before I ordered it. When it arrived they installed it and also repaired my front bumper.
