Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for siding work. The photos I've posted speak for themselves--they show clear examples of what was done improperly or not done at all. What surprised me most was the obviously rotten wood that was never replaced, despite it being impossible to miss. There were also numerous smaller issues, such as the use of finishing nails on siding boards, which is completely inappropriate for that type of work. In the end, I had to hire another company to redo the job correctly. Communication was just as disappointing as the workmanship, as the owner rarely responded to my messages. In my opinion, it's best to look elsewhere. read more

Hired for gutter installation and they didn't do very good work. All of the seams and end caps leak, even after multiple reminders to use sealant. Downspouts installed incorrectly and also leak. No response when I called and asked them to fix it. They sent an app link for payment, which I didn't realize at the time also means I have no way to request a refund. If you hire them I recommend not paying until you have carefully inspected the work and seen it hold up to rain. If you pay through zelle or venmo, check the box that says you are paying a business (not a friend) so that you can challenge the charges later if they don't do the work you paid for. P.S. Don't ever pay them unless they finish the job and it is raining. Just a day, on June 25, after the job was "done" I noticed the problem and texted the attached video to them. And since then he made 7 promises that he is coming or sending someone to fix it and today is july 7 and he never came. He charged extra for these wiggling boards underneath the gutters and look how bad they are, panels overlapping unclean cuts and wiggling boards. They promised that they will finish the job in one day and it took them 4 complete days for a crappy job. When he "delivered" the work, the gutters were 5" away from the garage door and when I asked him about the s elbow, he didn't know what it was! I ended up telling him to forget about it and I will buy them just to finish with this never-ending job. Just avoid them, they are more expensive than the pros anyway. read more

Calen Morgan Started the Restoration of a Condo Balcony. James Morgan did a beautiful job with the exception of trimming a piece of wood which clearly overhangs on the railing. Advised treated wood used and it would take weeks before the balcony could be painted. No Problem...date agreed upon was July 17,2025.,,,to Date the Balcony Project has Not been painted. To Many texts of excuses to attach, they are busy on another project.,,who tells their Customer that? His Credibility is questionable at best. This Company appears to be two men and a truck. I hired Morgan Exteriors for a deck railing replacement. When I explained the work we needed done, he assured me he had the capability to successfully do the work in a few days. I purchased the materials he needed. It quickly became clear that he did not have the ability to handle the work. I asked him to be honest, that if he couldn't do the work with high quality, I would settle with him for the work he had done and find a more experienced contractor. He assured me he could do the job, and we agreed upon an alternate railing construction. So, against my better judgment, I gave him another chance. Then he disappeared...To make a long story short, after two months and many broken promises on when he would return and complete the work, he never showed up, so after the last deadline, I dismissed him. My deck is in an unfinished condition and I'm interviewing other contractors to finish the work and fix multiple quality problems. Morgan is a friendly guy, I wish him the best, but he didn't deliver. read more

I hired this company to fix a leaking skylight. They removed the skylight and patched the roof where it was. At first, it seemed fine, but the next time it rained, the ceiling where the skylight was leaked again. The representative from Morgan Exterior told me it must be from a different leak and they were not responsible for it. The next time it rained, it leaked again, not only from where it had leaked before, but also through the bathroom light fixture, several feet away, which had never happened before. They denied any responsibility. I threatened to take them to court and they ignored me. My messages weren't returned. Finally, I left a negative review here--that got their attention, and they agreed to come nail a tarp to my roof if I took down my review. I agreed. Last night, it rained hard, and my roof is leaking from both those spots again. I reached out to Morgan to let them know, and they--once again--denied any culpability and said the leak must be from something else. So, here we are again, with me posting a negative review, since they only respond to something that will potentially damage their reputation. Now, I'm going to have to hire someone to fix the whole roof and am out the $800 I paid to this company who did a terrible job. I'll likely have to have someone come repair the water damage to the crawl space and ceilings as well. Do not hire these folks. They will do a poor job and fail to take responsibility for it. read more
