I had removed the wet padding under the carpet and draped the carpet over some chairs to dry with some fans. They suggested I could set the carpet down to regain its shape. They stopped by to check things out and sprayed everything with a natural fungicide, etc. when they gave me the estimate. They returned a couple days later, replaced the padding, stretched and cleaned the carpet so it looks like new. They also cleaned the basement steps and the portion of carpet on the main floor that they had walked on. They were a pleasure to work with, didn't try to upsell me on anything, did the job they said they would do, very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

They charged $425 and were there for a total of three hours (I know this because I showed up three hours after they claimed to have arrived and no one was there). It was hard for me to notice that there was any difference in the unit. With the exception of the refrigerator, all the surfaces were still dirty. It was clear that they hadn't vacuumed the carpet because they were no markings to reflect that. The shower still had soap on the walls. The cabinets had clearly not been cleaned. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused.
