Fortunately, the drive from Riverview to Livonia wasn't a deal breaker because Gregory accepts jobs in the Livonia area. Like our previous roof replacement, the Gregory's crew was on time, professional, and did quality work. We had an electrician coming out two days later to install bathroom exhaust fans and the Gregory's crew was nice enough to cut the exhaust holes in the roof and install the exhaust roof vents at no additional cost! The crew did a great job cleaning up after their work was completed and made sure that everything looked good before they left. Without hesitation, my wife and I recommend Gregory's roofing to anyone that is in need of roof repairs or a new roof.

The gutters leak. The corners where the bolts are leak. One downspout is not connected. All the water is going behind the gutters onto my siding. We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. Don't flag my review simply because you don't agree with it, practice better business and you'll get better reviews.

This is Michigan) He also said he would replace it in the fall (2024), but he didn't return or respond to our text or calls. Fast forward another 6 months and it's much, much worse. 2 significant portions of the drive (where cars are never parked), are crumbling. Cuco said he would come by when the weather was better, then he said he would here on Monday. That never happened. All we get are false promises and excuses. We spent what for us, is a LOT of money having the drive replaced. To say this is disappointing is a profound understatement. We withdraw our 5 star recommendation for Reale Cement If I could give zero stars, I would do so. For this job, the quality is very, very poor and trying to seek a resolution or even a response is impossible.

It is completely falling apart in some areas, and when we contacted the owner, he came and looked at the cement and said we could not prove it was not the cement or salt from the winter that caused the damage. First of all, shouldn't the company stand behind the cement company they use? Also, we haven't used salt on the new concrete, and even if some came on it when the city salted the streets, it should not result in my sidewalk crumbling. We will have to replace the cement in the near future, and we spent a lot of money on the work. I am very disappointed, and I would have gone with a different cement company.
