Jake White came out the very next day and spent a good 2 1/2 hours performing a detailed inspection of my roof, even crawling in attic spaces that had not been seen since the house was build. After the inspection, Jake went over all of the details of my roof's condition and provided detailed recommendations. After answering all of my concerns and questions, he then provided an estimate, including any discounts, such as for being a senior citizen. After accepting the estimate, installation was scheduled, and the roof was installed within a week. Prior to the installation, Jake, being concerned with the house's venting, reached out to another contact and then later informed me that they would be providing additional venting, at no cost to me. The materials were delivered on the date and time promised and the installation team arrived the next day at the time promised, and the complete installation, including cleanup, was completed in one day. Jesse was the Project Manager and did a great job overseeing the project, including documenting every step of the process, including photos and providing the team with suggestions. Jesse also went above and beyond to help address one of the furnace pipes that was in bad condition and trimming some tree branches that I felt should be cut as they were scraping on the roof. Also, the team's supervisor, sorry I forgot his name, did a good job in directing the team, and the team of around 10 guys worked tirelessly throughout the day. I was completely satisfied with Tittle Brothers, their commitment to estimated times and cost, their salesman Jake White, their Project Manager Jesse, their installation team and their team supervisor, and the installation as a whole. I would definitely be willing to recommend Tittle Brothers to others seeking help with their roofing needs. KUDOS!!

Posted on their site shows they do double layer roofing. I don't like being conned. I believed rep as being trustworthy. I did have an option but it wasn't given to me. They laid plastic on the carpet and cleaned every room fully before moving on. Even 2 windows which were found to have serious framing damage within the wall from years of leak were repaired without concern. Also, the estimator (whom I believe was the owner's son) was very kind and available to answer all our questions, without any condescension or indifference. After the install, which took about 1-1/2 days, there were a few items I had mentioned that were overlooked, and when I contacted the owner, instead of being met with indignation (as I expected), I was met with compassion and understanding. The items were remedied within a few days. Everything looks great! No more leaking roof. -------------------------------------- On a side note, my neighbor (weeks later) said she saw many nails in her driveway, and when she said something to the workers, they were really rude. She said the next day there were food rappers and more nails in her yard/driveway, and said she ended up with a roof nail in her tire with a flat. I emphatically apologized to her but there wasn't much more I could do. I also later found 2 cigarettes (one smoked and the other whole) in my attic, and have found nails here and there for weeks now. For these last few reasons, I could not offer a 5-star rating, and almost put 3 stars, but 3 would not be indicative of the overall quality, which is more important to me from a roofer than attitude--though if everyone had an attitude similar to the owner's son, 5 stars would be an easy rank. Four weeks after the quote and we still had no communication with this company unless we called ourselves, and even then we got the voicemail 9 times out of 10. When someone did answer, they gave us a new excuse every time. Apparently our job wasn't worth the money, and instead of canceling on us or keeping their word they just ghosted us. Our roof could've been fixed much sooner with the company we actually went with in the end and it would've prevented further damage. Shame on these guys.
