I called 2 other companies for a quote, one got back to me in 2 days and the other in less than 24 hours. I needed a third for insurance purposes so I've kept contacting them but there is no way I would ever use their services after this slow of a response. Makes me wonder how long it would take if they did the work.

Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more. They even gave us a senior discount, which we were not expecting. Their requested deposit wasn't a lot of money. They have an easy way to pay by e-check, or by credit card online. Highly recommended!

No hidden costs. Installation was fast, efficient and safe. No nails all over the ground afterward. Through the years, we recommended Diversified to friends and family, who were all as equally impressed. When we moved 10 years ago and the house needed a new roof, we knew exactly who to call. When our neighbor saw the quality of the work that was performed and how well, they also used Diverisfied!

The supplies are still on our driveway because they continue claiming they'll be here. We're apparently awaiting a repair man to call us and yet for WEEKS now, we've heard nothing except "well you slipped through the cracks, they'll call". So I don't recommend this company because while for us, we "slipped through the crack" for some ventilation, but who knows what else is lacking on the new roof.

I rushed home and found the massive beast laid into the side of our house. Now, it could have been much worse given the size of the tree but there was a hole punctured through the top of the roof. The roof I just had replaced less than 2 years ago. Cue a lot of swearing and crying. The worst part? The rain was off and on. And we had a hole in the roof. A lot of trees and damage in the neighborhood and every roofer I called wasn't answering or had a busy signal. I couldn't get anything repaired until insurance came to assess the damage but I could put something temporary up to prevent additional water damage. As we stood outside of our house tending to the gawkers and giving news interviews, I tried desperately to get a hold of someone. Then I saw the R.E. Moon truck drive by. I told my boyfriend, "GO GET THEM!" and so he ran after them. They were headed to a house down the street (which had far more damage than ours) but they said they'd stop by and take a look when they could. About an hour later they came over and said they'd help us patch if they could. I already loved them. They climbed up onto our roof, navigated the tree (which was still there, the city was slated to remove it), cut the branches out of the hole, cleared the space, and nailed down a tarp that has been holding up the last 2 days and through flood causing rains. A great job and I am forever grateful that they took the time to do that. I haven't used them for anything else and depending on what insurance requires me to do or use I may not use them for further repairs in this instance, however their good will, promptness, and awesome care in the midst of a crisis really won me over. I could definitely see myself calling them for any elective work we have to do on the house in the future. High fives and mega props all around.
