He couldn't tell me when they would be in. Again... didn't check or call anyone. Dude wasn't an a-hole or anything... just seemed disinterested in helping me.

Sure enough no more than 10 mins he was there. (I have waited hours before for something even simpler , and always felt like it was an inconvenience) Louis though made sure the service he was called for not only came first but also he made sure my safety was above all else . As soon as he got there he looked and asked some questions . I have never been in an accident like this and without even asking he gave me his best knowledge and advice what the best option would be, but also never felt like he was out for money or looking to scam. He was truthful and honest. Transparent and caring. Professional and focused. And He went out of his way to make sure i made it home . Honestly tonight sucked. But it was a blessing to have Louis called out for my tow.

Our insurance contracted with Wind'n sea towing, and we received a text stating that they would meet us at 3:19 pm. At 3:30 pm, we contacted Wind'n Sea to confirm an ETA. We were advised it would be another hour. At 4:20 pm we received a text saying that the tow truck would meet us at 5:58 pm. At 6:00 pm I again contacted Wind'n Sea towing and was told it would be another hour. At that point I called another tow service and paid out of pocket. I texted them to advise we had already canceled the request with our insurance carrier an hour previously.

StageCoach driver arrived & informed us not able to transport, not covered. About 2 years ago we had it towed from Pomona to Banning @ my son place, covered over 50 miles. From a smaller Towing company. This is our first time getting StageCoach since had ALOT Big Tow Trucks was HAPPY to hear from AAA that they would Tow our Chevy Step Van till the BAD news. Stage Coach is just minutes down the street from my son place @ Banning. We just request to towing Banning to Hemet just less than 19 Miles from here & stagecoach driver refused to tow, state not covered even though smaller Tow company did it before. So AAA didn't cover due to what was reported by StageCoach. But was informed by Stage Coach willing to Tow if Cash out of pocket for a BIG $800 cash. There just 5 minutes away local, had to find another Tow company from another location to get a lot BETTER quotes then what StageCoach quoted. He even said if I was local would just quoted $75 or less than what quoted Banning to Helmet to tow our 1983 Chevy Step Van. Again my family & I Highly Recommend MARK'S TOWING GRUA his number is #951-378-3410. His so professional, so Helpful and willing to Tow any location. Mark came less than 30 minutes from his location to Banning at my son place. If EVER my AAA membership doesn't cover, I will call & used MARKS TOWING GRUA (Mark Terrones).
