It took me a while to do this review, not because I was hesitant, but because it was actually a good experience during a very stressful time. Before leaving reviews, I usually like to compare with other companies that provide the same service. In this case, it was Valley Wide Towing on Rivard Rd. in Moreno Valley. Mike was awesome -- professional, courteous, and respectful. Back in the day, tow yard employees were known for being rude to customers, and unfortunately, after recently dealing with another tow yard, not much has changed in some places. A few days before coming here, I had to visit another tow yard to take photos, and the experience was completely different. The staff there were unfriendly and made an already stressful situation even worse. That's why I wanted to acknowledge Mike and Valley Wide Towing. He treated me with patience and professionalism, which honestly makes a huge difference when you're already dealing with the inconvenience of having your vehicle towed. Customer service still matters, and Mike definitely provided that. Thank you again for making a difficult situation a little easier. read more

SCAM!!! They will do everything in their power to keep your vehicle for profit. They will ask for paperwork and when you do they'll ask for additional stuff, if you do it all their last resort is to jack up their price with additional fees to keep you from claiming your vehicle. You have been warned!! read more

Great service, super friendly staff, very helpful Took great care of our motorcycle after being involved in an accident. Definitely recommend using their services. read more

This place really blows.Im a Vet of 11 yhrs and i was involved in a traffic accident. They wouldnt let me take my Subs and amp because they said it was part of the vehicle, but they would let me take the hitch that actually was. I knew they were plotting to take the subs for themselves so i just helped them decide by shoving my pocket knife through each sub. read more

Mega Major Ginormous shout out to Vince with Valley Wide Towing!!! My parents had an old 99 rodeo rotting away in their back yard, all the tires flat, one tire even missing, no key to even start it or turn the wheels and my man Vince came through like a beast and got it taken away for me!!! It was not an ideal or average situation but Vince handled no complaints like a champ!!! Thank you Vince for your patience, communication, and hard work!!! read more

Randy worked very hard to remove my car from a very tough spot, great attitude and kind heart! He's great at what he does, professional and I recommend! read more

I had an accident on 215 fwy, They towed my car off the freeway without my knowledge. I paid $350 to get out after two hours. They do not give a F**K about you or your vehicle. read more

Life Savers! Thanks for quick and efficient service, you are so appreciated! I have a feeling the bad reviews are people trying to game the system or something. read more

There service was excellent the response time was good. The only issue I had is when we went to pick up the car they charge for 2 days of storage when in fact the car wasn't even in their lot for 24 hours. It even shows on the receipt when they received it and when it was pick up. Don't 24 hours have to go by for it to be considered a full day? read more

Valley Wide Towing - Receipt showing when it was impounded and when it was released - Auto Repair Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service guy is a big guy but thinks he can cuss and talk at you cause no one's dumb enough to take a swing on camera. If the cameras even work. It's a good thing this place looks up gor sale cause the technicians can only handle one client at a time and act a fool. Note to whoever buys this pile of crap fire the people. It's why they can't make money read more

Me and my bf had an emergency and they were kind enough to come all the way and help out, they could've charged more but they were nice enough to help us out completely, really a life saverrr. read more

Update: so less than a week later and a few dozen calls, we junked the vehicle with another company that paid us $60 MORE than what we were originally quoted here. I realize businesses have to make money but this is rediculous. read more

I believe all the negative ratings are more than likely accurate. They have a truck advertised on Market Place and won't answer simple questions. I went thru hell to find a phone number, finally out of about 5 different numbers here online I was able to get thru on one. They transferred me to a man that told me to try the messenger. I told him I wrote on Tuesday and also last night and this morning to no luck. He ended up telling me to have a nice day and hung up on me after I accused him of jacking me around. I owned a Ventura County tow company for 25 years. I told him after you get tired of dealing with the public like I did it's time to get out. I think it's time for some of those people to step aside if they can't even attempt to sell their unclaimed vehicles to a guy that knows how it works and not ask too many questions. They lowered the price even before I called them. I might have paid full price and so might have others but if you can't talk to the people how could you buy it even if they are willing to give it away? I'm 67 and a no nonsense kind of guy. I would have more than likely bought it if only they could have answered two questions. Good luck everyone read more

Very rude and unprofessional employee. Shouldn't be arguing back and forth with a customer who has never had there while towed and doesn't know the proper procedure to get their vehicle out of the tow yard. Employee wasn't specific when I came in when he asked me if I had my vehicle registration with me. I told him it's in my car and told him I can get it for him since he needed it. I walked over to see where my car was to get my vehicle registration for him, and he told me that I would have to get it after payment. He didn't state that beforehand so I was confused. I guess when I told him that he could've stated that I needed to get it after I I pay we both wouldn't have went back and forth. He got triggered and was being sensitive and said I was being rude when all I said was you could've told me that so there's no issues. You're a grown man arguing with a female much younger than you and smaller in size compared to you. Everyone here needs to work on being professional and going through proper procedures so that people know what needs to be done in advanced. The price to get your vehicle out of the towing yard is ridiculously high! read more

JR was super friendly and made the transaction of the car fast and easy. will do business with them again!

We are so very impressed by the highly efficient and courteous services provided to us today, by Junior. We bought a 33ft Toy Hauler and the cabling of the hitch was not functional. It only took him a few moments to rewire everything so we can safely tow it away to its final destination! THANK YOU JUNIOR FOR ROCKING OUR WORLD TODAY! read more

I am based in New Zealand I have been dealing with Mr Randy Senior and his son Junior at Valleywide Towing for the past 4 years and have purchased 10 classic cars from them. During this period I have received nothing but excellent customer service and above all.else- they are honest operators. I will continue dealing with them. Very unprofessional they send me a bill stating i owe them $500 for storage and 210 for towing a car i had 2 years ago which i sold, called the dmv they said i am no longer responsible for it because i send my release of liability , called the towimg company explaining to them and the guy was so rude tried to tell me to pay for the towing fee or he will send me to collections i said no this car is no longer mine and the dmv confirmed it , the guy tells me im being stupid and hangs up what kind of business is this ( Dmv said to report him for harassment to federal state commision) read more

Go to my page to see the HARASSMENT!!! I also caught the fake profile in a lie because I said I was going to write a review to the manger on the phone! In my car we're no customers could over hear who is he liar? This business is so childish and in professional! Run from it like the plague!!! Notice a different profile they have!!! Lol so harassing I think I'm gonna go see a lawyer! Apparently you can't write a review these days without being harassed see pictures there's all the proof you all need childish company! They have impounded cars for sale I called and an employee had the nerve to tell me no children on the property I was holding him and wasn't told that when I called so I drove two hours for nothing!!!! I call to see if the manager would make an exception beings the distance I drove and he had a nasty attitude he said did you ask if they allowed children no most professional businesses disclose their rules on the phone or web site I looked at both and didn't see anything about children not being aloud until I got the the yard!!! I hate to even give these unprofessional employees one star! Then a few days later someone comments on my review saying it's fraudulent and calling me a liar because I moved and I didn't change my town name on my account my bad! Just moved so unprofessional!!! So if you thinking about driving out take your money somewhere else where their more professional and don't give potential customers attitude as a manager if this wasn't disclosed on the phone or on line I would have done something to satisfy my customers! It's the professional thing to do people mess up but it was the way they talked down to me and treated me that pissed me off the most. It's like I was dog shit on their shoe!!! I wish yelp would create negative stars!!! They also have some account different harassing me because of my review calling me a liar sorry people it's illegal to move and forget to change your address on the account read more

This is one of the worst towing company's I've used, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude. After waiting 10 days they came and refused to take the vehicle, didn't offer any explanation and left. They're customer service was subpar and difficult to communicate with. All in all don't use these people, there are so many better options in the vista area. read more

Horrible service, I was in the middle of getting served and they told me that they were taking their lunch 15 min early and kicked me out for an hour and half in the hot sun. One of the women on her wait out laughed at me and flipped me off and was extremely disrespectful. These people do not know how to run a business and do not care about customer satisfaction. read more

Not sure why this place is getting bad reviews but my experience with them has been very positive. I got myself in a situation and needed a yow to get out of a tough spot. No damage to my car other than what I did to it and got me home safe! Thanks Frank you were a life saver! read more

This is one of the few honest businesses out here. Purchased a vehicle from Jr and he was willing to work with me. So many businesses are caught up in money and forget about humanity, Valley Wide Towing has not forgotten how to treat people with respect. Thank you guys for all your help. I will be doing business with you in the future read more

Valley Wide Towing was extremely unprofessional! I have never been more disrespected by a company in my life. I called to get my car towed and was put on hold for a while. I hung up and called again and when they answered I was rudely answered by a man who told me to either wait or don't call again. When I tried a different number to speak to a manager, the same man answered and told me to f***myself! I am extremely angry and will make sure nobody goes through this company. read more

This was my wife & my 1st experience with buying a car from a Tow Yard but Jr. was a great help in assisting us. THANKS!

Criminals who have partnered with police to steal from honest hardworking people. they kept making up prices for the tow. and when i asked them how they arrived at the price they would just yell "cause i said so". i have no doubt they are getting doing some shady underhanded business with cops who send tows their way. they will never be investigated cause they work with corrupt police. read more

This is the most unprofessional company you will ever deal with take your money and valuable time somewhere else. They keep harassing my wife with a different account because they didn't disclose their rules over the phone. So like I said by far from professional. He keeps calling my wife a liar because we recently just moved and didn't switch our location yet. So that's that. Find professionals. read more

I saw the craigslist ad posted by this company for impounded motorcycles for sale. It states there are over 60 bikes. that the starting price is $150 for the bikes. when i went there i was told the bikes were $500 each (there were only about 12 bikes). The scooter was $150 it already sold. that is false advertisement. Look at the ad its been updated but still says they have 60 bikes starting at $150. they lied to me on phone saying i need to read the updated ad. they hung up on me when i called back. such contempt for the consumer. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Had the unfortunate displeasure of trying to work with this company to arrange for the pickup of a vehicle being donated. It was a nightmare. Mike is the most rude, obstinate unprofessional person i have ever spoken with. The charity lost out on the donation that could have done some good for their cause because of Mike. Do yourself a favor Do not patronize this company. read more

shady place don't get suckered into driving out here for a car like I did. lots of people posting adds for this company and when you get there they say the car was sold. shady business going on don't waste your time a worker there said a guy drove out all the way from nor cal and the one of the workers did not want to sell him the car because he would not get the commission for it and had another guy that wanted it. not worth trying to buy a classic car from them read the rest of the reviews. I wasted over 4 hours driving out here to buy a car cash in hand read more

THE AUDACITY OF THIS COMPANY! We had to reschedule our appointment for our vehicle to get picked because No one showed up that day! I called to next day to confirm that the driver was to call us when he would be on his way to pick up the vehicle. Right after I calmly asked that simple question the "manager" began to give me attitude about checking to see, if our request for the driver to call us, was written down. I then told him about how we waited 2 hours the previous day and we didn't Recieve ONE phone call that the driver had gone home, so we did not want that same experience. He began to raise his voice and said, "what's your point?" I was simply asking one question and he continued to go off on me being rude and saying that if we don't get a phone call then we don't get one and that's that! I was APPALLED at how unprofessional the manager is speaking to his clients!! He then got so mad and CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, HUNG UP ON ME AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER !!!! I recommend that you never go here because of how RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and IGNORANT the manager is, and seeing the other comments shows just how mistreated the clients are!!!! Some one should take legal action!!! read more

Very UNPROFESSIONAL company and manager is rude and will not work with you!! My family and I needed our car to be picked up and and we scheduled an appointment with this company. they gave us a time frame on the day it would be picked up so we went and waited from 2 to 4. no one showed up so we gave them a call and they said the driver went home early and we never received a phone call. so we rescheduled for the next day and when we called to see if anyone was on their way, the "manager" got upset and started giving me attitude when there was no reason for it. i was calm and collected the whole time even though i should have gave him a piece of my mind. He canceled our pick up because we were being "rude" and didn't give us an option. I do not recommend this company. It should be common customer courtesy to be nice to the customer when we have done nothing wrong. obviously they have multiple negative reviews and its for a good reason. read more

Very disappointed. My sons car went out on him a few days ago, and I was doing a search on Craigslist when I came across an ad that read Police impound cars, drug seizure vehicles and so on. I have been to places that have dealt with police impound vehicles and usually the cars are in really good condition. Well this place was more like a pick a part junk yard. First when we got there they were set out in the boonies no one even there to look at a car and I now know why. The ad said cars starting at 500 then they listed a bunch of cars at 800 which by the looks of the pictures they looked not to shabby for a college student to go back and forth to school. Well pictures can be deceiving because the $800 cars did not even look anything like the pictures. It's almost like they got a different picture and uploaded it. The red car they had I believe was a Pontiac had a busted windshield which the picture listed. Then there was a Volvo m son really liked though it needed an alternator and when the guy jumped it because battery was dead it also made like a pinging noise. There was also a BMW for $800 that wouldn't even start. Though their ad did not state these were not working vehicles. They had a section of $700 which none of them started so we didn't even both to look but had no $500 cars. Then they mention they do a bundle deal so we asked about that and was told they wouldn't which didn't matter because their cars were nothing but junk. Save your self the headache and trouble and look elsewhere if you want a working vehicle. I want a car with no problems, not a lemon. They did have a Nissan for 1500 and a pt cruiser for 1800 but for the year was too expensive and who knows of the issues with those cars if the other cars were junk. read more
