It took me a while to do this review, not because I was hesitant, but because it was actually a good experience during a very stressful time. Before leaving reviews, I usually like to compare with other companies that provide the same service. In this case, it was Valley Wide Towing on Rivard Rd. in Moreno Valley. Mike was awesome -- professional, courteous, and respectful. Back in the day, tow yard employees were known for being rude to customers, and unfortunately, after recently dealing with another tow yard, not much has changed in some places. A few days before coming here, I had to visit another tow yard to take photos, and the experience was completely different. The staff there were unfriendly and made an already stressful situation even worse. That's why I wanted to acknowledge Mike and Valley Wide Towing. He treated me with patience and professionalism, which honestly makes a huge difference when you're already dealing with the inconvenience of having your vehicle towed. The only issue I had is when we went to pick up the car they charge for 2 days of storage when in fact the car wasn't even in their lot for 24 hours. I believe all the negative ratings are more than likely accurate. They have a truck advertised on Market Place and won't answer simple questions. I went thru hell to find a phone number, finally out of about 5 different numbers here online I was able to get thru on one. They transferred me to a man that told me to try the messenger. I told him I wrote on Tuesday and also last night and this morning to no luck. He ended up telling me to have a nice day and hung up on me after I accused him of jacking me around. I owned a Ventura County tow company for 25 years. I told him after you get tired of dealing with the public like I did it's time to get out. I think it's time for some of those people to step aside if they can't even attempt to sell their unclaimed vehicles to a guy that knows how it works and not ask too many questions. They lowered the price even before I called them. I might have paid full price and so might have others but if you can't talk to the people how could you buy it even if they are willing to give it away? I'm 67 and a no nonsense kind of guy. Very rude and unprofessional employee. Shouldn't be arguing back and forth with a customer who has never had there while towed and doesn't know the proper procedure to get their vehicle out of the tow yard. Employee wasn't specific when I came in when he asked me if I had my vehicle registration with me. I told him it's in my car and told him I can get it for him since he needed it. I walked over to see where my car was to get my vehicle registration for him, and he told me that I would have to get it after payment. He didn't state that beforehand so I was confused. I guess when I told him that he could've stated that I needed to get it after I I pay we both wouldn't have went back and forth. He got triggered and was being sensitive and said I was being rude when all I said was you could've told me that so there's no issues. You're a grown man arguing with a female much younger than you and smaller in size compared to you. Everyone here needs to work on being professional and going through proper procedures so that people know what needs to be done in advanced. I saw the craigslist ad posted by this company for impounded motorcycles for sale. It states there are over 60 bikes. that the starting price is $150 for the bikes. when i went there i was told the bikes were $500 each (there were only about 12 bikes). The scooter was $150 it already sold. that is false advertisement. Look at the ad its been updated but still says they have 60 bikes starting at $150. they lied to me on phone saying i need to read the updated ad. they hung up on me when i called back. such contempt for the consumer. read more

THE AUDACITY OF THIS COMPANY! We had to reschedule our appointment for our vehicle to get picked because No one showed up that day! I called to next day to confirm that the driver was to call us when he would be on his way to pick up the vehicle. Right after I calmly asked that simple question the "manager" began to give me attitude about checking to see, if our request for the driver to call us, was written down. My family and I needed our car to be picked up and and we scheduled an appointment with this company. they gave us a time frame on the day it would be picked up so we went and waited from 2 to 4. no one showed up so we gave them a call and they said the driver went home early and we never received a phone call. so we rescheduled for the next day and when we called to see if anyone was on their way, the "manager" got upset and started giving me attitude when there was no reason for it. i was calm and collected the whole time even though i should have gave him a piece of my mind. Very disappointed. My sons car went out on him a few days ago, and I was doing a search on Craigslist when I came across an ad that read Police impound cars, drug seizure vehicles and so on. I have been to places that have dealt with police impound vehicles and usually the cars are in really good condition. Well this place was more like a pick a part junk yard. First when we got there they were set out in the boonies no one even there to look at a car and I now know why. The ad said cars starting at 500 then they listed a bunch of cars at 800 which by the looks of the pictures they looked not to shabby for a college student to go back and forth to school. Well pictures can be deceiving because the $800 cars did not even look anything like the pictures. It's almost like they got a different picture and uploaded it. The red car they had I believe was a Pontiac had a busted windshield which the picture listed. Then there was a Volvo m son really liked though it needed an alternator and when the guy jumped it because battery was dead it also made like a pinging noise. There was also a BMW for $800 that wouldn't even start. Though their ad did not state these were not working vehicles. They had a section of $700 which none of them started so we didn't even both to look but had no $500 cars. Then they mention they do a bundle deal so we asked about that and was told they wouldn't which didn't matter because their cars were nothing but junk. Save your self the headache and trouble and look elsewhere if you want a working vehicle. I want a car with no problems, not a lemon. They did have a Nissan for 1500 and a pt cruiser for 1800 but for the year was too expensive and who knows of the issues with those cars if the other cars were junk. read more
