After contacting several towing companies, waiting for many to respond to my calls, getting frustrated with an AI "agent" (for a few towing companies) that didn't know how to help me, I called Sanchez towing for help. Luis (the tow driver) responded with a flatbed as required and very securely and carefully strapped the motorcycle down for a safe transport. Tow truck driver was rude and disrespectful. Provided poor service and tried taking advantage of the fact that I was a female and thought I didn't know any better. From the moment he got to me I could tell he was gonna be an issue but I didn't wanna be judgemental I was not wrong. After towing my car to my destination his attitude got worse and worse unprovoked he tried charging me more than what I was initially told and became irrate and almost violent. I got a flat tire that I couldn't change on July 4th in the morning. I found Sanchez Towing was near by and called for a tow to the nearest tire shop. Luis was there within 15 mins, if even that. He got my car up on the truck quick style and we made it to the tire shop within minutes. My car is a not a low rider, but it's lower than most and Luis room the time and steps to make sure my car didn't scratch going up or down. Totally up charged us for no reason. When the guy came to tow my SUV he told me that I had to pay for a flatbed because my car wouldn't go into neutral. Not knowing any better I said okay. When I talked to the the guys at the service center for my car they told me that was irresponsible of the tow guy because my transmission could have been damaged from being pushed onto the flatbed and all the tow guy had to do was tow my car from the back instead of the front! read more

Excellent, fast, and efficient! I needed a non-registered car towed from Riverside to Menifee. I used the yelp quoting tool and quoted several towing services. It was not urgent so I had time to shop. Sanchez Towing was the best deal by half the price what other towing services had quoted me! They quoted me and I told them I would get back to them when ready. Today we towed the car. I called in the late morning, set up a time, and they delivered. TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T EVEN TRYING TOWING THE CAR!!!!!!!! Someone had crashed me and had no service where the accident happen. Had to go find a spot to get service so walked a couple of miles to find service. Called them up around 2:30 am told them my tire and wheel where done. Guy comes picks me up we go to the place of accident and just looks at the car and says " oh no we can't tow this" also tells me on the way down "I'm going to charge you the full 250$ or else I get fired" drops me off at the same spot he picked me up and TAKES my 250$!!!! What kind of service is that comes pick me up just looks at the car and drop me off at the same spot. Had gotten a tow today for a Honda Civic I bought that had a broken spindle and axle which cause the car not to move/turn very well. They gave a reasonable price and were at the pickup location 10 minutes ahead of scheduled pickup time. Once I got the car home, I asked to have the car dropped off in the garage of possible. If only I could leave zero stars!!! I am beyond irritated with this company. We called and got a quote for their tow services. When we got the quote, we provided both the pick up address and the drop off address. We agreed on the price quoted and made all of the necessary arrangements. We set an appointment (date & time) to have Sanchez Towing meet us at the pick up location. 40 minutes before our appointment (08-22-17), we get a message (No phone call, just a message) saying that they were canceling. 40 MINUTES!! It takes 30 minutes for us to get to the location..... what are we supposed to do now????? Apparently, when we received the quote they didn't actually look up the address we provided, they just guessed where the pick up location was. And now that they looked at the address, they "won't go to that area." I guess their drivers don't drive up hills or on 2 lane roads. Not only were several people were inconvenienced by their lack of planning, we have to scramble and reschedule, and again inconvenience others and hope that we can get access to the property when services from a RELIABLE TOW COMPANY are obtained. read more
