I called AAA for a tow truck to come out to help my grandson fix a flat tire on his car because his jack wasn't working properly and they said they'd be there in 30 minutes. The driver called and said give him another 30 minutes, then called again and said give him another 60 minutes then 2 1/2 hours later the driver cancels the call, mind you the original call was 11 PM. I get a text from my grandson saying the driver never showed up at 1:40 AM. If I ever need a tow truck again in Moreno Valley and they say C & D is on their way. I'm canceling the call! read more

H. Torres showed up asap & proceeded to assess my situation. Torres checked my battery, alternator & starter on my 2012 vw golf gti and let me know everything was good but my battery due to it was at 33% able to keep a charge(low). Thia Company is absolutely rude , not on time and horrible customer service . I went through my AAA roadside assistance and was told to be at the tow yard to meet my driver to pick up my car and they did not show. I called and they gave me another eta at 4:33am . then I called again and got another eta for 5:15am , then still not driver and I called the actual company and spoke to a guy at 5:21 am on December 21st 2025 ( for owner purposes) that was rude and stated I had to wait an additional 45 mins for a driver. mind you that I am outside of the tow yard and was on time for the first time given to meet the Cand D tow truck driver. its in the middle of nowhere and it's early in the morning waiting for our driver is unacceptable. this company should not be in business if o can not meet the demand nor if they continue to hire men like the one o spoke to. the customer service is ab terrible and they are not on time at all. never use this company for your towing needs . read more

C & D Towing arrived on time a little after 7am. The driver (did not get his name) was very careful loading my Sienna onto the flatbed tow truck. He was very knowledgable and took pride in his company and his level of service he provides to customers. I was glad to see he did not rush to get the Sienna loaded onto his truck, rather he took his time and kept checking all angles so as not to scratch my paint or damage the undercarriage. Also, I was towed 34 miles to Temecula Valley Lexus and the driver drove safely, never speeding or changing lanes needlessly. I would highly recommend C & D Towing to anyone needing their services. read more

It is currently 112% outside . My van broke down, C&D towing sent a truck with zero AC. Inside the tow truck it is registering 115 degrees, the gps is going on and out intermittently. The driver looks super stressed out, drenched in sweat and dehydrated.... He apologized but I understand he does not own the truck. I called the office and Susan told me well sir we are not Uber..... I am going to reach out to AAA to notify them what type of company they are allowing to pick members up. I will also be reaching out to the state regarding labor laws and consumer laws. Susan' is super inconsiderate and rude. My wife has health issues and when I explained this Susan kept saying well we're not an Uber... Literally as I write this I am soaked with sweat I feel like I am going to faint. This is not ok. read more

Truck broke down so I used my AAA card. They sent out C&D, arrived in 30 minutes and had it towed to the repair shop shortly after. Excellent Service and great communication from the driver. Thank you! read more

Unreliable and unprofessional experience. My car insurance is contracted with them. They never showed up and we had to contact another company and wait another hour costing me money while the auto shop is waiting for my car. Do not trust this company. I am not sure why companies contract with them when they don't even show up. Do they care about bad reviews? Probably not because they know someone will need them and they will make money still but what happens to work ethics and caring about the name of your company. How embarrassing and I'm sure this behavior is not just professional but personal as well. Never again! read more

Service was excellent and quick. Chris the driver that changed my very heavy tire (40) on my Jeep was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Thanks for the great job. read more

Just had a tow service with C&D through AAA. What an all around great experience. The driver was very cool, polite, knew what he was doing and even called me 20 minutes before he arrived. By far one of the better towing experiences I've had. Especially through AAA. Their driver was really nice. Didn't seem upset that he had to drive me 32 miles to my house. He was very laid back and easy to talk to. Highly recommend C&D if you have any towing or car issues. Thank you C&D for your excellent service tonight. read more

I had my car break down on the way to work this morning. Called AAA and they sent Danny from C&D Towing out to pick my car up and take it to a mechanic. Danny was AWESOME. WOW. Daniel is honestly a life saver!!! I am a young girl and don't know anything about cars. He was so quick to make me feel comfortable, safe and taken care of. He was knowledgeable & made sure I was assured everything would be okay. He was so positive and made the process smooth, quick and honestly enjoyable. I never make yelp reviews, I think this is my first one .. so that's saying something. Thank you so much again Daniel (if you see this) you are such an amazing guy!! read more

Thank you JAMES!!! What a tough tow but he made it to my location quick and was the most polite and friendly driver I was ever had. I was broke down blocking traffic during rush hour, and everybody (except for the nicest RUSD employee who assisted) decided it was helpful to honk and cussed at me as I sat there broke down. After James got there I was much more at ease and he did an amazing job getting me and my dead Jeep home. Thank you Sir!!! read more

I had a blowout 1/11/25 around 9pm; pulled off the freeway and called AAA. C&D Towing came out to install my spare and later learned, for safety, I needed to tow my car home (25 miles away) Technician/driver was so polite, professional and knowledgeable; I rode in the truck home and had a great experience. A stressful situation ended up a lot less stressful. I recommend this company. read more

I had a great experience with C&D Towing. Jeremy the driver, was extremely helpful, he arrived quickly at the pick up location. I needed my car towed to my house. I asked him to place my car in a specific area of the driveway. He did so skillfully and with care. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend C&D towing. read more

Thank you CJ for making sure my low car was able to get on his flat bad with minimal scraping!

My car broke down in morning traffic and I had the usual panic attack, but I was rescued by the nicest C&D tow truck driver who arrived from my AAA call. Wow, what great service! read more

Driver on the phone while driving. Driver was rude and very unprofessional. Avoid this company !

Got this company through triple A. Customer service rep said they could not send someone to take a tire off.

I usually have great experiences with towing companies but this time specifically was beyond disappointing. I called for assistance with a engine issues, and the driver (joe) who arrived was unprofessional and rude from the start. he showed up late, barely communicated, and when he did, his tone was condescending and downright disrespectful. Worse, he seemed annoyed that I needed help, he even muttered under his breath. "you could've fixed this shit on your own" (WTF??) making an already stressful situation much worse. The quality of service was completely unacceptable. I expect professionalism and empathy from a company like this but unfortunately, that was far from what I received. Hopefully, they address this kind of behavior in the future because this is not the level of service members should expect. this service doesn't respect or value their customers, and i can tell by the way they treated me and my boyfriend that this isn't the first time this has occurred. i don't recommend choosing this company even if their prices work for you. read more

Thank you Henry for the fast response and appreciate your patience. I love the fact he took care of my car like a brand new one when it's old. I would really recommend this towing company they are the best read more

I had a bad experience with service yesterday, November 11, 2024. The driver was very rude and parked directly in front of my driveway. We told him several times to park correctly, but he didn't listen. I'm not sure if he knew how to do his job or operate the truck properly. read more

(Joe the driver ) What a terrible experience, I called AAA for my son who is on my account and has his own card. When the driver called to get location, he already had an aggressive tone asking me if I was going to be there, which I told him I was calling for my son who is on the account, he immediately said oh this won't be covered I'm going to cancel the call. Again I stated he has his own card and he's on my account, I was only calling because his phone was dying. He said well he better have his Id when I get there. Wtf. So I had my son call me so I can hear him on speaker although his phone was dying, because now I'm fearful of the drivers aggression. He gets there and says get off the phone and where's your id and AAA card, I immediately told my son do not hang up. He snatched his license out of his hand and went to make a call, he tells whoever is on the other line, " I knew this call would be some bullshit" not realizing im still on the phone with my son. He verified that my son was on the account, and starts telling him to help him put the car on the flat bed, he was yelling at him to put the car in neutral, which it wouldn't go so he yells don't you know what your doing, again forgetting im on the phone. My son tells him look it's not my job to put the car on the flatbed, I was helping you. So I had my husband drive to where my son was out because now I'm really upset and worried. He kept telling my son to get off the phone. Absolutely not I don't trust you. Well soon as my husband got there his tone changed, and he acted like nothing happened. What he doesn't know is the car has dash cam and was recording everything so I will be filoa formal complaint with the company and with AAA. I don't pay a service to be treated and talked to in this manner. This driver clearly has no respect and needs some customer service training. read more
