Customer service was on point too! We didn't wait for anything and we were constantly asked if we needed anything from all the staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Bonus...this spot was clean.... Like clean clean! I have a bit of OCD and everything from the booth, hanging light over the booth and even the pictures on the wall near where we were sitting was spotless. We were seriously impressed especially since this was our first time eating there. We've been in Williamsburg for nearly 2 years and we waited 2 years too long! I enjoyed the Bossman burger with chips and sweet tea. It was very juicy and had a real nice amount of bacon (to the owner don't ever skimp on that - it really made your burger stand out. I could have enjoys a little more chips with my meal. Maybe the cook had smaller hands. But it was still a decent plate. As the the bride - she had the club sandwich and was extremely happy with the size and taste of it. I really don't think the pictures do it justice. She also had a decent amount of their fries, which I stole a few and were very good. It's a nice place that apparently has local talent/musicians come in and play.
