I can't say enough about the outstanding service we received from More Space Self Storage in Spokane. I live in Pittsburgh, and my son attends Gonzaga University. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be there to help him move between his sophomore and junior year--but thanks to Brooke and Rachel, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. With a tight turnaround between finals and a flight across the country for his brother's graduation, Brooke and Rachel went above and beyond. They extended hours during finals week, offered a basement unit so he could use the stairs if the elevator was tied up, and most importantly, kept a caring eye on him during a hectic time. As a mom, their thoughtfulness and professionalism put my mind completely at ease. The facility itself is fantastic--convenient for Gonzaga students, with a large elevator and plenty of carts that make moving in and out a breeze. Facility is in a location that seems a little sketchy outside; however, it is nice inside. The price is reasonable. The parking is limited; however, it is conventionally located near the entrance for easy loading and unloading. Give them a try. read more

I'm new to the Spokane area and needed to rent a storage space close to my house. I found this company and put down a reservation fee of $25.00. No where in their primitive website did it state the reservation fee was non- refundable. After viewing the sketchy location of the storage facility on S. State street, with homeless people hanging around on the street corners, I decided to cancel my reservation and get my money back. After speaking with the manager, he said the reservation fee was non- refundable. The website also said they were open on Sunday. Sign on door said closed on Sunday. Message on answering machine said "Now open seven days a week " Don't rent from this company. I'm positive there will be hidden charges. Bogus business. Bogus website. Bogus policies. read more

Terrible!!! This place is a literal dump and is located in an area where trash, the trains, and the homeless are. My friend went over yesterday and saw a crime scene. Blood all over the sidewalk--apparently someone got stabbed or something. It's crime ridden and an eye-soar. The ugliest place I have ever seen. I go to Gonzaga and I am from California and I had to get my stuff out of storage--worst place to store stuff. Nobody is there to help you and I didn't see anyone for 2 hours. Things I noticed: 1. It is a literal maze. You WILL get lost unless you ask for help. I was stuck just trying to get back to the first floor. 2. The floors are wooden and in poor condition. I felt like the floor was going to collapse under me. They creaked and I saw mouse traps along the corridors. Not clean whatsoever and I felt unsafe walking on them. 3. The place feels like something super super sketchy would happen. Extremely eerie, grey, and uncomfortable. 4. The elevator is super old fashioned. You have to use a lever to go up and down. The gates of the elevator are wooden and you have to be careful to not get a splinter. My finger started to bleed a lot. 5. Also apparently COVID doesn't exist or something because nobody was wearing a mask. Hazardous and a health-risk to anyone. Overall: Disappointed! read more

I just moved here from Oregon to attend Gonzaga University and I'm not sure about the 5 star reviews, Must be relatives or employees, but this place and location is filthy, homeless people sleeping on steps as you drive up, garbage and a hassle, all for the same price as a drive up facility, you have to unload your belongings 3 times, once when you load up, again onto a cart when you get here and then take a elevator to your unit and unload again, and the units are plywood, not very secure, floors were dirty and the unit we looked at had stains, and I took pictures to prove my post or don't take my word for it, just drive down there. read more
