Unfortunately it turned out that I was never signed up for the bonus sign in and now it comes time for paying the third month rent with the late fee. Denny the manager of secure it self storage was not helpful at all. If I had the chance to do it over again I would not rent from secure it self storage. I would like to think that the proper thing to do for a business is to make it right for the customer. Thank you for nothing Denny.

They called one day and said someone broke one of my windows and rifled through my belongings inside. I was upset but trusted them to increase security and prevent it from happening again but that was not the case. A couple months later another window was broken, my bicycle that was inside was stolen, and an item was left inside that was likely stolen from another customers vehicle. I don't like to write bad reviews but feel I should warn people about trusting them with their vehicles!

I called the office to see what our options were and was fortunate to have the Regional Manager, Amanda, answer the phone. I explained our situation and she was extremely friendly and helpful in providing a solution at no extra cost. It was a very stressful time and I greatly appreciated her assistance!
