Unfortunately it turned out that I was never signed up for the bonus sign in and now it comes time for paying the third month rent with the late fee. Denny the manager of secure it self storage was not helpful at all. If I had the chance to do it over again I would not rent from secure it self storage. They are really friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I hope I don't have to move anytime soon or help another person move, but if I do I will definitely come back here. Ken then called and indicated the weight of the move would require them to come out for several hours the day before to prep the furniture and that I needed to sign a new contract . The new contract was 1200 .00 more .. started looking at the new contact and the moving materials were being charged on both days . He apologized , blaming the computer . The job went from 5300 to 6800 . Between the 2 day change and double billing for materials , requested my deposit back and found another company . The new company did it in one day for 3500.00 .
