Unfortunately I'm one of the vast majorities that do have issues with this billing, and everything else about this establishment! From quoting 18,000 which I financed to then find out not only did my insurance cover it which they have a team the supposed to specialize in insurance claims and financing, who advices med to the loan, charged my insurance 10,000. Asked for my records for almost a year even had to take off a day of work come in and sign papers to get my records still don't have them a year later, 28,000 and I'm having another dentist fix what they messed up and charging me a substantial amount different, if I could say anything before choosing them do not fill out anything for financing , watch your insurance claims and make sure you truly had all the work done they claim to have done, and lastly Good luck! I'm absolutely not letting them keep me from getting the smile I so desperately wanted! I will continue advocating for anyone who may get involved with this establishment, and continue to share my story and write all the reviews I can, don't listen to them, for me they blamed it all on dr Chris and said he was let go for multiple story's that were the same, that was on a phone conversation with them, and those phone calls are recorded from the information I got from their receptionist! Ok, this is my first day after having 4 teeth extracted yesterday June 2, 2020; and I feel great. no bleeding or swelling and best of all no pain. This is not my first review of Smiles Of Beverly, but my second; I didn't think the staff and treatment I received could get any better, but it has the Dentist Dr. Omar Alnuami and dental assisted are wonderful. They actually listen to your concerns and implement them in your plan of care. The Dr Not only prescribed pain meds with after care instructions, I was given a round of antibiotics to preventing me from getting an infection. Carmen Dooley and her assist worked with several credit institutions to insure I received the best of care at at a reasonable monthly rates. The office is clean, using every Cob 19 precaution recommended. The office is comfortable, well lighted and ventilated. Professional, warm friendly staff, and the best dental service experience I have ever had. It was a pleasure writing this review. - Inconvenient hours. - Kept me waiting 1.5 hours in the chair because they forgot I was there. - They do not want to be there "too late". They will ask you to come earlier to your appointments if you can't, they'll cancel it and give a BS excuse like "the machines are down". I used PTO for an appointment and they called me less than an hour beforehand to cancel. - They will forget what your appointment is for. I had to remind them that before they attached my Invisalign buttons, that they were supposed to clean my teeth. - They will try and make you fill out that dumb ass invite form every time you go. Every. Single. Time. It's annoying. Stop doing that. - I called to tell them I wanted to discontinue my services with them and I didn't want to make any further appointments. Today I got work done at more smiles. A hundred fourth and western , well right off western My experience was, I was greeted. I signed in was treated very well. The young lady, the sign in the day was Ms. Ashley and she greeted me with a very good smile. The system that assisted the doctor A Her name was Stephanie and she did a very amazing job of making sure that I was all right, doctor a did my work. In my mouth, I had the bottom front 4 teeth Crown\n Ed, and he did an excellent job. I wanna tell you guys When he's stuck with that needle, I did not feel anything. They did a very good job of preparing me before that even happened. More Smiles Of Beverly did an excellent job from beginning to end. The office was immaculate. I did wait a bit however, when you go to see an excellent doctor, the wait is to be expected. The team was excellent. I was given a tour of the facility. The treatment rooms had patients receiving care that were not in pain. I was given a guarantee that I would not be in pain and this reduced my nervousness. The doctor was excellent. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was initially very nervous coming in as I have a major fear of the dentist; but the longer I was in the office the less fear the fear lingered. I was greeted by the amazing front clerks who were very helpful and kind. I was then greeted by an amazing dental hygienist named Micheal, he assured me there was nothing to worry about and that I was in good hands which I found out was an understatement. She went out of her way to make my auntie feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of, without being asked or expecting anything in return. I originally missed my appointment for February so I wasn't sure if I'd get in for my cleaning but when I called, I was able to come in and get my cleaning that same day! The Hygienist, Taty, cleaned my teeth thoroughly and gave me a fluoride treatment. Im overall happy with the quality of care I receive from here.
