I have used more fresh air 3 times over the years. I have received vent cleanings and deodorizer for all return & supply vents. The first 2 times was on Groupon and I've also paid out if pocket as well. Etamar was my favorite tech, professional, on time and thorough. I recently had to use them again, and Ben had exceptional customer service, worked with me and was accommodating. He came out and did a cleaning with deodorizer and fit me in his schedule! Thanks Ben & More Fresh Air for servicing my family once again. Look no further, choose them. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Thank Ben from Bev! read more

Excellent service. Polite and courteous. Quick and easy. Would absolutely recommend.

They came and cleaned out the air ducts. I know there aren't any conclusive studies that show that air duct cleaning leads to health benefits. But the upstairs is like 2 degrees cooler than it was pre-cleaning. Worth the money. Recommend. read more

I found More Fresh Air Services on Groupon and I am so glad I did. It was such a great deal and the customer service was outstanding. We were educated on the process and appreciated the knowledgeable representative. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning services. read more

Of all the service events we have had for our historic town home in Old Town the air duct and mechanical cleaning work was the best service this house has received by Ari and More Fresh Air Services. Great attention to detail and Ari treats your home like his own. Very knowledgeable, friendly and careful. Get it right and complete the first time by calling and asking for Ari! You get what you pay for so do not be fooled by coupons! read more

These guys advertise cheap deals, groupons, living socials etc. That is a scam! You are basically paying that voucher price for them to come to your house and see how much more they can charge you. (think about paying a used car salesman $50-$150, for him to come inside your house and try to sell you a car... Oh and your entire HVAC system is going be open during that time).. I had a duct and dryer vent cleaning groupon. (due to an HOA rule, I just needed some sort of proof/receipt that the vents were cleaned). The tech came in, redeemed the voucher code, opened my system, took pictures trying to show how dirty the air ducts were, then tried to charge almost $500 on top of the voucher for additional charges, even though most of them were included in the voucher (extra return vents, etc). I told him to do whatever is covered by my voucher. He tried to call other duct cleaning companies on speaker phone, getting a quote, just to show me his prices are reasonable. I told him I'm not disabled, or technologically impaired, I can call around and get a quote, you do what's covered by my voucher. He looked again inside the unit and said "Your unit is pretty clean, maybe some dust, but it doesn't need cleaning", (literally 5 minutes after he told me how dirty it is), closed the vents, and left the house... The icing on the cake: He did not put the air filter back, which I found later dumped outside in the street. The lesson I've learned from dealing with More Fresh Air Services, and about a dozen of other good and not so good duct cleaning companies: A good air duct cleaning would need 2 technicians, lots of equipment, and takes several hours (taking commute in mind, most techs block a half day for it), and because of that, any $50/$75/$100/$150 ad is a scam. Their most common trick is when a tech takes a picture from the air intake right before the filter to show you how dirty your ducts are (unfiltered air passes that area, and that area would get dirty again within days. That is also not the air you breathe since it will get filtered later). And never pay for the service before the job is done, because no matter how detailed/itemized their quote is, they can always find add on charges. read more

We bought a coupon to get all our AC vents and dryer duct cleaned - here's what we got: A guy showed up and said he first needs to have a look at the return, which he said if needed to be serviced was not included in with the coupon. Upon looking at the return he admitted that he's not familiar with the equipment, but said since it is a closed unit, there is no need to clean all the vents. Even though there is visible chunks of dust in the vent covers. He did end up cleaning out the dryer duct, but never touched the vents. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're the kind of person that expects to get what you paid for. read more

I bought a Groupon and I'm glad I did! I scheduled to have the dryer vents and the vents cleaned in my condo (stupid HOA rule), and it went better than I expected! It was for a 10am-12pm appointment and the guy called at 9:45am to let me know he was on his way. The guy showed up at exactly 10am and went to work. He even covered his shoes to not get the carpets dirty. Super thoughtful! He stayed for about an hour making sure he got all the vents and dryer vents cleaned. Definitely worth it! Thanks! read more

I found More Fresh Air Services on Craigslist. They have the best advertised price...$59 special for unlimited vents/returns + dryer vent cleaning. I have 4 returns, 30+ vents throughout my home. Other companies quoted triple the amount. The guys were very polite, on time, and did an excellent job. I'll be sure to use them again. read more

We had just moved in to our new home. My husband had done some renovations. I personally had trouble sleeping at night because of the dry air. My husband called this company. They came for a free estimate. On the appointment, they were punctual and professional. They explained the whole process and recommended what to do for the future. The vents were of course really dirty. I noticed the difference that night and slept like a baby. The company is awesome. Highly recommend l. read more

I had an amazing experience with More Fresh representative, Etamar Avni! He was extremely professional, hard working, and detailed in explaining the impacts of not cleaning your air ducks regularly. I will most certainly use this company again if I can get him every time! read more

Wow - glad I called before purchasing the groupon. He said the groupon does NOT cover actually cleaning the return duct. The $50 groupon is just to vacuum the cover. If you can see dust on the cover, it will require a BRUSH cleaning which will run an extra $189 on top of the groupon. And probably more but he'd have to see. Yikes. Bullet dodged. read more

The quoted me $99 for dryer vent clean, then when they showed up, said it would be an extra charge of $10 per feet from the dryer to the vent exhaust. Beware, the cost might not be just $99 they quote, it will probably be some extra "feet" charge involved. They do have a vaccuum and I can not comment on how well the job is done, since I know nothing about dryer vent clean and have no way of knowing if the vent has been clean properly or not. read more

I purchased a Groupon for this company. When the technician arrived, he explained what the Groupon covered and what it did not cover. For me, it was very important to have the entire length of dryer vent cleaned (and the Groupon just covered 5 feet) so I decided to pay an additional fee. After consideration I opted to pay more for additional returns and vents (in addition) and was very pleased with the technician's professional demeanor and attention to detail. read more

Found them through Groupon, and had an excellent experience with their technician, Etamar. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He clearly explained how he would clean the vents, showed me pictures of problem areas-mold/excessive build up-recommended appropriate suggestions for additional treatment, but without being pushy. Because of budget, I declined the additional service, but he still did an excellent and thorough job with the cleaning, including showing me some impressive "after" pictures, and left me with an estimate if we decide to pursue the additional services. I would highly recommend his services! read more

These guys outsourced cold-calling overseas, and they spoof caller ID to display a local residence name & number. We are on the do-not-call list and have never dealt with this company and never will. read more

DO NOT USE this company. I bought a coupon to get our ducts cleaned. I call the same day that I bought the coupon to schedule the service. They did not show up. I called them and they rescheduled and no showed again. We then had a major family emergency and did not use the coupon and it expired by a week. They would not honor it. Bad Business!! read more
