When we first sat down, it took forever to get service, however Mike, the manager, went over and above to apologize and take excellent care of us! The kitchen was behind, but it was okay, because things happen, and we were treated very well while waiting. The food came out great, the beer was good, and once again Mike went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. We're within walking distance and would love to continue to support local. As a fan of More beers I decided to give this location another try and was happy I did. I arrived around 5:45 just before happy hour was ending. I was able to sneak in an order of their nachos of the month and a sour beer while I waited on my friend to arrive. Our waitress was fabulous (I wish I would have gotten her name)! She was attentive and provided just the right amount of service. Her beer recommendations and descriptions were spot on. My friend and I were catching up and just chatting the night away. Our waitress was respectful of this and checked in on us frequently. The nachos were tasty, the beer was delicious, and our service was great. I will definitely be arriving earlier next time to take advantage of the happy hour specials. :) read more

Seems things are beginning to lag at Bartlett MORE Brewing. The philly cheese steak is getting a bit gloppy recently. They are being heavy handed with the cheese. I scraped off ALL detachable (probably a cup at least and STILL there was TONS). The meat remains lovely. The Southwest salad was still pretty good though the order process allowed me to request the hot chicken on the side, so as not to cook the lettuce. The salad LOOKED like they forgot and placed the hot chicken on lettuce and subsequently removed the chicken to a separste container. The chicken had lettuce on it. The black bean soup was odd/different and MIGHT have been good but whatever the mess of chopped green stuff was on top, it wasn't nice. The dish was supposed to come topped with sour cream and flaming hot fritos but it did not. Pick up seems to be a fail. Its a shame it has declined so quickly. I watched a server walk over a large scrap of paper 3 times. They are not that busy to be this complacent. read more

REALLY bad service from our server today. We arrived around 12:00, when they opened, and the outside patio was starting to fill up quickly. There only seemed to be one server working outside and she was very scattered. It took forever to get her over to take our order and when our food came, one of us had our order all wrong. We had to ask the other people (kitchen runners) for many things... more ice, a to go box, napkins. Very disappointing meal today and especially disappointing service. Where was the manager to help out?? Nowhere to be found as far as I could see. Also, our server seemed sick or had bad allergies, she literally had an active runny nose as she was taking our order with nothing but her sleeve to wipe it up. I was literally getting very grossed out and really hoped she wasn't going to be delivering our food, thankfully she did not Today was a holiday for many companies, so I can see being busier than expected, but then management should be helping out OR you need to not let as many people in at the same time, and manage the flow that way! Decent place! I love the Huntley location so I was excited to come to the Bartlett location....not up to par with Huntley but still decent. They have a great selection of their beers ( I love dark beers, so I had plenty to choose from). Their food selection was pretty good. I am a vegetarian and that I loved about the Huntley location, was their variety of menu items. I did not get that from the Bartlett location. Our server was good, as we had a larger group plus kids. I just had the truffle fries which were delicious and a beer flight. I found the pricing to be on par with other breweries in the area. Parking can be a nightmare so give yourself ample time to find parking! read more

Great atmosphere and good beer but really not a lot on the menu. Got the Jalapeño burger which was ok. My wife doesn't drink beer she asked server if they had wine or sangria and was told no. Server didn't come back to check after we got our food to see how everything was and never asked if I wanted another beer. Got home and looked at the menu there is a list of wine and mixed drinks!!! I'm from out of state and Was in the area for work and thought I would try out this place because I head it mentioned before. Seems kind of like a strange location, but im not from here. Parking was challenging. Very limited and all full. Got inside, kind of warehouse feel. Sat at the bar with my colleague. Was super loud even though there was only 10-15 people in there. Hard to hear each other talk or the bartender. Guess it's because it's built like a warehouse. Had a flight and a couple beers after. Not bad but nothing over special for the price. Food was painfully mediocre, like something you'd get at Chili's or some sports bar. All the staff seemed very disorganized and hectic even though wasn't busy. Heard it's a new place to maybe they just are having a hard time getting started. Either maybe. Nothing to go out of your way for. read more

I have been to their other sites and enjoyed the both, however the Bartlett site is LOUD! We were lucky enough to sit inside upstairs with the doors to the outside balcony open, yet we almost had to yell across the table of six to hear each other. Since the ceilings are lower than the other sites, a few sound deadening baffles would help. Food is fine, beer is Good. read more

Great location! I love the rooftop patio and the tap list was great. Food was very tasty. I really appreciate the comfortable seating as well. One complaint is how loud it is inside. They need to invest in some sort of noise dampeners in the ceilings to cut back on that. read more

I have lived in Bartlett for 28 years and excited to try a new restaurant. I love that is has a vast outdoor seating platform and parking is not an issue. It was a nice summer day, the patio was half full and main dining empty (4 customers). We asked to be seated outside they said wait was 45 minutes. Not sure why and no explanation (was not at all full). So we sat inside in a beautiful day and is very dark in main dining room. We waited for many minutes and no one came to greet us at table. Hostess was less than friendly and busy chatting with another employee. Bartender busy chatting with a waitress for a long period of time. Still no greeting to us. Not even offer of water (which the not busy hostess should have helped). We lost any desire to be there and walked out which I very rarely do. This was a slow weekday late afternoon. I'd hate to see how they handle busy times. I'll stick to my tried and true Bartlett restaurants like JCs, Pasta Mia, TLs, etc. not worth the hype. read more

Friday at 3:30 was able to pick your own seat on the rooftop and was not busy, so lots of options. We picked a shady spot along the back of the bar and were brought water right away and shown the QR code to scan for the menu. But then, nothing. Several servers walked by and smiled at us, but not the one that said she'd be right back after she left the water. And no one else one asked for our order, either. Menu super confusing, very little variety and the kids even refused to eat the Mac and cheese which after trying, was completely understandable. The noise in the main area downstairs is deafening that one can hardly eat a meal and carry on a conversation. Was a very pleasant end to the meal after receiving the check to discover we had been charged for an extra kids meal as my kid requested butter noodles in lieu of the Mac and cheese. Needless to say the waitress was less than pleasant or amendable when asked about this extra charge. Seems every time I go there, they're either closed, out of a dish or you're prohibited from sitting in certain areas. Great set up, and when they are clicking on all cylinders, the restaurant is solid. But it's not consistent. Italian beef eggrolls and tomato heirloom salad are highlights. read more

Came here early Saturday evening with our dog for a rooftop patio spot, and were given a 35 min wait time which was accurate. Went in today for lunch. We sat downstairs and needed a high chair. They quickly brought it over and sat us. Place looked extremely clean even the high chair lol. Explained about our daughters allergies and they were careful when bringing stuff around. Our waitress was younger blonde very sweet and on top of it. I got a southwest salad with Cajun chicken. I'm incredibly picky with chicken and it was absolutely delicious I would have it everyday if I could. Husband had the bang bang chicken sandwich and he loved it as well. Our server was so nice and very quick. The food was very mediocre. Split the bang bang chicken sandwich and my half had a sliver of chicken, didn't taste anything like a typical "bang bang" sauce. Paid the extra dollar for crispy chicken and it came grilled. Also ordered a 16oz and was given a 10oz. Was charged for the 16, and the 'crispy' chicken. The space is great, we sat upstairs on the outside patio on a sunny late afternoon. The menu is pretty limited. I ordered a grilled peach, burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes and grilled chicken added on. There was maybe half a peach and a very small portion of chicken with a ton of little tomatoes. Some spring mixed green lettuce would have made this salad a little more substantial. It was good, but I wouldn't order it again unless the proportions are changed. My husband had the jalapeño popper burger and said it was just ok. The staff are friendly and gave good suggestions on what beer to try. I like that the sample size is only $2.50. I'm not a beer drinker, but there is a new wine list with just a few choices. Our server said there will be ciders from other breweries and mixed drinks also, but didn't say when. My husband just checked the website and there are other drinks at the bar upstairs??? That was never mentioned to us. We waited a long time for this place to open and heard good things about the other locations. I'm sure in time some of the kinks will be worked out. I'm giving More in Bartlett a 3.5 stars. Went there for a cheeseburger and ordered mayonnaise on the side and was charged .50 for condiments the burger $15.00 only came with onion,pickles, cheese and their sauce. Very disappointed in the "Heirloom Tomato" Salad. Amongst the somewhat 20+ "GRAPE" tomatoes there were TWO Heirloom Tomatoes. Grilled apples were to be included--don't remember them at all last week. The Chicken Fingers were very good, but I wasn't sure if I'd actually get a non-spicy bbq sauce, not much confidence in wording on menu. Tasted a friend's Truffle Fries, very good. Not enough entries which were not termed spicy. I get it--they want to sell beer & drinks to put out the fire from the spice. They are smart hiring very friendly employees. Was so loud, and it was not full (weekday nt). Don't plan on returning, unless group wants to go when can sit outside.
