This place is EASILY my favorite brewery in IL. I have been visiting More Brewing for several years now and I have never once left without being totally pleased with what I drank or ate. The Food They have a very diverse and inclusive menu. We are able to go with adult friends and/or our children and everyone is able to find something that suits them and they always seem to speak very highly of what they ordered. Their Pretzel is amazing, they have some of the best Cheese curds I have ever had, decent pizzas, Huge salads, and plenty of vegetarian options. I would be more than happy with their food even if they didn't have amazing beer. The Beer I have yet to try a beer from More Brewing that I didn't enjoy. Even the styles i typically do not enjoy. I think this speaks volumes to their brewers and the amazing work they are doing. I am an IPA fan and theirs are just better than most I have had. They even released a Malort Collab and it was unbelievable. If you're simply in the market for delicious cold refreshments, they have you covered. Staff I personally have never interacted with anyone that worked here that wasn't very pleasant to interact with. Everyone has a very chill, happy energy. The vibes here are always great and that goes a long way for someone like me. Merch If you're into Brewery swag, they have a cool storefront with excellent quality shirts and glasses. I will say, their glasses do not hold up well to traditional dishwashers so expect to handwash if you don't want lose the decals they apply to their glasses. We chose outdoor seating even though it looked like a construction site, with crappy tables, WORST CHAIRS EVER! (so uncomfortable!!! not good for a bar that wants to keep people drinking) AND there were ONLY 2 other tables occupied (between 12 and 1!!! that has to mean something.) i went inside to check it out and only 3 tables were occupied. ok....FIRST- mas nachos....when i order from Bartlett MORE, the sauces are hot and it works. These were cold (now i wonder if they are SUPPOSED to be hot). The Italian beef eggrolls were also COLD (my granddaughter didnt tell me until today when i was collecting information from my guests). She said when she warmed them up at home they were good. :/ The Korean wings got a good review. The Nashville hot Chicken was not as good as Bartlett location, ALL fries were limp and should have been SO MUCH BETTER considering only 7 tables were occupied. The vooDoo fries were so undercooked it was sad as FRIES can carry the day lol. i cannot say i would recommend. we all felt our SERVER WAS GREAT, i brought my puppy and he asked if she needed a bowl of water). he was attentive and SO PATIENT/tolerant (had 2, 90 year-olds, 2 early twenties, one of them vegetarian). The 2 90 year olds didnt order anything. They said they moght have gotten a dessert but the 4 selections were all pretty much the same, gloppy. The Black Bean Burger was deemed "really good" and the Tuna Poke bowl review was, "it was good. The tuna seemed fresh." Though I have had a few slow servers that just seem to disappear for long periods of time, but they make up for it by closing out your tab right at the table with Toast handhelds - quick and easy. Location and Parking (4/5) Located back by a Ford car dealership, that has a funky traffic pattern, which confuses some and a little off the beaten path. Plenty of parking but when it's busy, availability can be a little challenging. Value (3/5) Food and drink pricing seem fair, but the lack of a traditional rewards program is a letdown. Unless you're deep into craft beer, the $350+ Bairal Society membership is just out of range. We would come back more (no pun intended, LOL) if they had a typical rewards program. I had two different IPAs and both were exactly what I wanted (hoppy and not fruity) and my mom had the cranberry sour and she really liked it also. They have pin ball machines and a roomy open seating area. We tried a handful of items including the chicken caesar sandwich, the voodoo cheese curds, sweet potato fries, truffle fries, pumpkin soup and the philly cheesecake. No complaints with any of it. Celebrated our nephews 21st bday here! They were able to accommodate a large group which was awesome even though they don't take reservations. Drinks: margarita flight was delicious and gave the ability to try multiple drinks in smaller quantities. Food: Italian beef eggrolls were great! I went there on Sunday with a few friends. My friend lives at Del Webb. It was very warm in there. People were fanning themselves thankfully it wasn't a heat wave because I don't know how much warmer it would've been inside. The server we had wasn't the friendliest guy. But I could deal with that. It wasn't overly crowded but a decent amount of people for a Sunday. The beer was very good with a huge selection. And the food was very good also. Though the entree that I really wanted , they were out of. But the reason I only gave two stars is because the service was horrible. We were in there for over an hour and a half. Thank God we got an appetizer. The service was so slow. And they never once came and said sorry for the wait. The food will be here soon. I had to ask. Is our food ever gonna come out?. This is a great location for a group to dine, inside or outside. We opted for inside, due to an impending storm and the still hazy skies from Canadian wildfires. They offer a decent selection of brews, but I wish there were more ciders or perhaps seltzers for the non- beer drinking crowd. There is a good selection of appetizers, salads and entrees and HUGE shareable burgers with fries. Dishes like the chicken ahi tuna salad and Nashville hot chicken sandwich really lived up to their anticipated spiciness. We loved the wings and they were meaty, crisp, and flavored well, even the "naked" wings. The current sour, a Dole Mansion, was delicious. They don't take reservations but our party of 8 was seated immediately around 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Note that if you are dining inside with older relatives or friends, it might be a little hard for them to hear with the music and crowded tap room. After visiting Goebbert's pumpkin patch and apple orchard, we stopped at More Brewing for some work time, good beer, and delicious food. We were not disappointed! Over the course of our several hours at More, we both tried many 5 ounce pours of beer. With 28 different kinds of beer, there were so many options to try! Of all the beers we tried, my spouse liked the IPA's best. He thought they were all very unique and flavorful! My favorites were the Javalin coffee blonde, the Pina Colada hard seltzer, and the Maibock. We found More to be a great place for us to work! It was spacious, clean, and the wifi worked great! On top of that, the service was excellent! From the helpful and welcoming hostess to our attentive and kind waitress, it was a wonderful experience! Furthermore, the food was fantastic. With many delicious options to choose from, it was hard to narrow it down. I ended up getting the apple bourbon burger special with truffle fries and it was divine. Brimming with flavor, I enjoyed every bite. My spouse got the nashville hot fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. He loved it! His only wish was that it was a bit spicier. I have been to this location many times and have always been very pleased with the food until today. I ordered the burger of the month which is the all American. It sounded amazing with onion strings cheese curds cuz bacon and More sauce. The burglaries are over cooked the onion strings and curds tasted like they were cooked a week ago. I think my husband and I have come here on average every other week since moving into the area! No joke everything on the menu that we have tried has been AMAZING. We get the nachos with birria or the egg rolls almost every time as an appetizer and every single sandwich or pizza they have is SO GOOD. Their cheese curds and voodoo fries are also to die for and their karma jar dessert with the cinnamon ice cream is unreal. I personally don't drink but my husband does and he loves coming to try the new beers and picks up 4 packs regularly. He says they have some of the best beers and unique flavors he's ever had. Wait staff is always friendly and give great recommendations on new items. Their monthly specials are also super good each month and they have even been willing to make me something before that's technically not on their menu. We have been eating at More for quite some time. Within the last few months, there has been a significant decrease in service, food quality and atmosphere. The burgers used to be consistently good, servers were friendly and attentive, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The last 2 times we've been there (within 3 weeks), the burgers are smaller and more expensive, way too salty and very greasy! The last couple servers we have had definitely lack the skill and personality to be good servers - like they're doing you a favor to take your order. They serve the food and then never check in until it's time to bring the bill. The prices for the quality of food is now unjustifiable. The place is so loud even at lunchtime now. I think we'll need to find a new restaurant to frequent when we come into Huntley as it seems More is no longer worth our time and money. read more

That was the only benefit to coming. Walking in was chaotic, the hostess was nowhere to be seen with about 20 people waiting to be helped. Took a bit for her to finally come over and sort things out. Ambiance was neutral, however all the workers didn't seem like they had expression or cared to be there. Got to our table and our waitress wasn't very welcoming. Throughout the whole service, there was minimal interaction and any interaction that was had, was bland at best. The beer was subpar at best and it matched the quality of the food. They charge extra for the kids drinks, which we then had to get adjusted since they overcharged. 2 adult chicken sandwich meals with fries and 2 kids chicken tenders with fries. Nothing was hot, just above being warm at best. Best food was the Italian beef egg rolls, although still wasn't hot. Waiting for a box and the check took far longer than it should have. After receiving the check, only to see they add a surcharge for credit cards that they don't offer to waive. I get small businesses doing this, but a multi-million dollar business with multiple locations and still expanding, this seems very excessive. Checked out the original location of this brewery in Huntley. It has not only beers, but there's a pretty good food menu. More Brewery is a great member of the community, and brings a liveliness to the area, which can be boring at times. Has beers on tap and in cans to go. The food has a few healthy options. At lunch we came in and got seats at the bar. It had a pretty good crowd but it didn't feel too crowded. The beers are the main thing. It's about $6 a pint. Pretty good price for a craft brewery, for real. Best one we tried was the Morever And Ever. It's a double IPA, and it amazingly wasn't too hoppy. As for the food we had something healthier but good. It's $14 for the Southwest Salad. This is mixed greens topped with avocados, barbecue sauce, black beans, cheddar cheese and chipotle ranch, which I both left off, red onions, roasted corn, tomatoes, and tortilla strips. Can also order a protein on it. They have Beyond Burger among the choices, but the salad was enough with all the things. Has a tons of beers to get. If not wanting to drink here, you can get a pack of cans from the cooler to have later. We came here for a weeknight dinner and it was very busy inside. The brewery is located along the automall street, and has plenty of parking outside. It was a hot and humid day so there were few people eating outside, although their outdoor areas are covered. The inside consists of one large room and rooms on the left and right that are enclosed, I assume for separate events. For dinner just the center room was open. The area is large and loud inside especially when almost all the tables are full. They have a bar on the left where you can sit at as well. The staff were great and the food came out quickly. We enjoyed the Zipper: Red Pomelo and Zipper: Calamansi. For food we got the Korean bbq wings which had a sauce which was delicious and had a smoky heat with some sweetness. There are 8 pieces and they were quite large too. For the entrees we got the ahi tuna salad and bang bang chicken sandwich. The ahi tuna salad had large slices of the tuna and the sauce was refreshing - perfect for after the spicy Korean wings. We will definitely be back! read more

More Brewing in Huntley is conveniently located off the highway with lots of parking out in front and on the side. This brewery is BIG, I was not expecting its huge size but I loved it! It was also very modern and clean. The staff here is on a whole other level. Tori, the GM, is the absolute best and so personable. The service was amazing; they're quick, attentive, and just great at their jobs. I wish every restaurant's service was like this! I can't speak for the beer because I'm doing Dry January (I know, boo) but everyone I was with LOVED their beers. From flavors like chocolate, coffee, raspberry, etc., the beers here were top notch and unlike any other beer menu I've seen. I promise you you won't be disappointed in the beers! There's also endless options. The food was great, too - paneer, caprese, beef tenderloin, it was all delicious! BEYOOOOND OBSESSED with this place! I live in Bartlett but we make the trek to this location on occasion as we eagerly await our Bartlett location to open (soon!!). The food, the beer, the atmosphere... just a solid experience. Sitting at the bar, IMO, is the best place to be. You're close to the beer, you can't chat with the staff, and you're really in the middle of everything. Keep an eye on their daily/weekly/monthly specials of drink and food. Per the name, this is the place to go for beer. A friend of mine picked it for an evening to catch up. He likes beer, but I'm not big on it. So... maybe he'd give it a 5. Yet, I found it tougher to find a drink I liked. But... beyond that - the food was quite good and very filling the waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The noise level was high - it is a big room with a very high ceiling - yet we did have to be loud when talking to each other. It took that long to get our food but we could tell it was busy. Ambiance is really what makes us not want to return. I don't think I've ever eaten any place that was so loud. Been here several times. We always have our dog when we come home from camping and need to store our RV. Nice to be able to sit outdoors with Maui the dog and enjoy some lunch. Staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are good. I have only tried a beer once (at a brewery, go figure) but what keeps me coming back is the large Bavarian style pretzel and the Bang Bang Chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Mm mm good.
