I love saisons and they're hard to find at microbreweries so I was completely surprised to find out they had 2 on the menu. I tried both the Full Bloom and the Saazerous Supreme. I went with the full Bloom since it wasn't as bold flavored as the other. It was nice with plenty of body but must say not my favorite as far as saisons go. The service was good and the bartender was knowledgeable. Inside was clean but stark. It felt as though the bar top was higher than a usual bar so if you're short you might not want to sit there. Grab a table instead it might be a better size. It wasn't very crowded but it was 5:30 on a weeknight however as time went on, a nice stream of people came in. I should go back on the weekend and check it out. However, it's not on my list as a repeat.

Finally good brewery in the area, so happy that we visited that place that offers very interesting beers. Their Pilsner and Lager are very solid. We also tried Farmhouse Ipa that offers interesting complexion of flavors as it is brewed and then put in barrels that once contained the wine lingering with its flavors almost like saison but keeping the good IPA profile. We will definitely visit again, hopefully soon!! :)

House of Montmorency (one of my favorites!)

Cozy brewery with great beers. Service is always great too, very friendly and helpful. Their fruity farmhouse ales are my favorite!

Tulip, Pils and Ambrosia pastries!

We had an intimate seven-course meal at Noe for NYE, and it was truly exceptional. With only about…read more11 guests, the evening felt personal, progressive, and more like a culinary experience than a traditional dinner. Chef Robert Gadsby came out for almost every course alongside his team, thoughtfully explaining each dish and every nuance behind it. At the beginning of the evening, he introduced his entire team and their roles, which immediately set a warm and welcoming tone. Throughout the night, he checked in at just the right moments to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable. The team took time to ask about preferences, dislikes, and allergies so the menu could be crafted accordingly. For guests enjoying alternate dishes, those plates were explained with the same care and attention, ensuring everyone felt equally considered. Their service is impeccable. Every course was beautifully executed, creative, and memorable. We were all lucky to be there. This was a true city-like, fine dining experience in the heart of the northwest suburbs...a special place with an incredible team, chef, and atmosphere. We fully expect it won't be easy to get in anytime soon, and we can't wait to see what Chef Robert Gadsby and his team continue to do.

This is a tough one to review because it's unlike any other restaurant I've ever encountered…read more To tell you anything would ruin the surprise. (So maybe stop reading.) Let me just start with there is no menu. You talk with the Chef individually and then it unfolds. Totally novel. I've been a few times now and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nothing is pre-prepared so it takes a little longer than other restaurants. I prefer a late night Parisian style of unfolding movable feasts. This suits my style, but it may not work for everybody. (But "everybody" also eats dogfood at McDonald's. So who cares?) The chef's pedigree is quite remarkable. He's cooked throughout the universe and how he ended up in Barrington is yet another story. Let me know what YOU think.

I went with my friend to celebrate my 40th birthday. We got the Wagyu meatball for an appetizer to share and it was sensational! I got the veal chop milanese and though it was delicious, I was only able to get through a little less than half of it before I had to get a to go box to take it home with me. The truffle fries were also delicious: perfect crispy and well seasoned. I was too full to try the cannolis at the restaurant, but they look delicious and I plan to eat them tomorrow. Our server Juan was delightful: very friendly, just the right amount of talkative and quite knowledgeable about the menu. One of if not the best servers that I have ever had while dining out! Definitely plan to go back there again for the next special occasion that comes up! A side note that I'm pretty sure I saw Fabio himself walking around the restaurant and then sit at a table off in a secluded corner of the restaurant, which was pretty exciting! Especially on my birthday!

The table server was kind and polite but could not cover for the slow cook. I left my coworkers who opted to wait it out. The slow food service kept the others another 30 minutes before they got their orders served. Could have been an anomaly but I'd call this a failure. I hope for their sake they find a chef.
