The beer choices are great! So many to pick from and their service is friendly and welcoming.

No elevator so if you are disabled or in wheelchair chair I'm not sure these stairs will be in you favor

Wonderful, quirky place to enjoy craft beers while dining on specialty burgers and appetizers. Beer tenders are friendly and knowledgeable!

Went here on 3/16/24 great live music! The low rating is for what I think was the head bartender. She is as mean as they get!

Was craving a burger and a beer and with such a cool name, how could I not check this place out! I…read moresat at the bar around 5pm and it wasn't very busy. They played good music and wasn't too loud. You could easily carry on a conversation or , like me, continue listening to a podcast. By the time I finished, the place was completely full and a bit noisy, but not bad. I started out with a 10oz Birds of Prey Pilsner. It was very nice. Light and crisp and very easy to drink. I followed that up with Melodious Maibock and ordered the CBG burger with fries. I didn't have lunch so I dove right in and forgot to snap a photo. It was a very good smash burger. It was cooked well and I really liked the combination of pickled onion and caramelized onion. I didn't see it until later but you can add bacon. As much as I loved this burger, bacon would totally take it up a notch! I started chatting with the bartender about their different beers and decided to have the Super Melodious Jalapeño Maibock with the burger. It's soooo different, but in a good way. It paired so well with the burger. You get green bell pepper on the nose and a hint of it on the palate. When you swallow you get a little heat at the back of the throat. It was so good! Great bar. Great food. Great beer. Go check them out!

Parking is in nearby street parking on parking structures. --Ambience-- Cool middle bar setup with vinyl glossy wood tables. Great bar set up, but we chose the dining room table. --Service/Staff-- Bartenders were quick in getting the drinks out. Our server was great in letting us know what was on tap and when last calls was. --Products-- Got the neon on tap and my friends got the flight of beers. Good selection of beers to choose from --Capacity-- Inside the dining room can hold about 40-50 people and the bar area can hold about 25 people. --Overall-- Looking forward to return to try out their other items on tap.

A short fuse and a close call…read more After Emily and I checked in to our hotel room, we wanted to stretch our legs and see if there was anything nearby for some beer and some food. Turns out, Short Fuse was right up the road and a 5 minute walk got us there. For a Sunday, it wasn't too busy but not dead, so we got seated right away. We ordered some beer and took a look at the menu. While nothing really struck our fancy, our waitress made a comment that if we did want any food, it might be slim pickings as they were running out of stuff. Turns out, this day was the last day they were open. Talk about timing! After she mentioned that, I started to notice that people were buying bar signs and various other things. Emily started off with a Guava Gose and I grabbed a Krankshaft kolsch. We sampled each other beers and we both really liked what the other ordered. I don't really know what a gose is but, damn, was that good! I've had Krankshaft before so I knew what I was getting myself in to. We ended up ordering a second round of the same beers and let each other sample the other's beer a little more liberally this time. While we were kind of hungry, nothing on the menu really struck our fancy, especially considering they might've been out of it. Room service took care of those hunger pangs later after a few more beers in the hotel bar. Online reviews for this place seemed hit and miss but I really enjoyed my time there and really enjoyed the artwork on the walls and the vibe of the place. We did contemplate buying some bar signs on our way out but declined as we don't know what we would exactly do with them. It sucks to see a small business close but they did say they may try to open up a new place in a new location in the future.

I sat at the bar and it took almost 20 minutes to get served. There were only two ladies working…read morethe front so I was patient. I ended up getting a flight of 7 and my favorite was the Bear-ie White. Plenty of parking. There was food available but I did not order. Big space which was nice.
