The taphouse is open in winter, and the beer garden is open in summer. It's about $7 a pint. Many styles are on tap. Last time I had the Speed Czech. This is a lager, and it was crisp and smooth. Has many pretty good beers. It has no food except snacks like pretzels, but you can bring in something from one of the restaurants around here. And all I can say is you should definitely go on the tour if you have a chance! The tour was awesome and I loved all the history it covered, both about the building, location, and beer. A full pour of beer was included halfway through, and you got another beer at the end as well as some additional swag. The beer itself was very tasty and they have a huge variety to suit everyone's taste. From sours to ales to stouts they've got everything. On Wednesday 11/26/2025, the taproom sounded like a daycare center. Crying babies, and several 3- or 4-year-olds running around the taproom screaming in a pitch that has yet to be identified by musical notation while Mom and Dad drink beer. In one case, the father was actually chasing the kid around the taproom, tossing the kid in the air and encouraging him to scream. This behavior is for Chuck E Cheese's, not a taproom where the majority of customers are older (and paying) adults trying to have a conversation or relax after work. My personal opinion is that children do not belong in bars, but perhaps that view is outdated. Is there not some middle ground where children can still visit with their parents but must remain seated at the table with Mom and Dad? Or perhaps be required to sit in a different part of the establishment?

It's a maltshake IPA. This is supposed to taste malty. Amazingly it has zero lactose. The other one that was a favorite was the Galaxy 503, an IPA that's not too hoppy and has a sweet taste. Also they have mead and smoothies if you want something besides beer. The beer is good but there's a lot more. Has a pretty cool atmosphere. It only has beer and mead so there's no food menu. There sometimes will be food trucks on weekends.
