A very unassuming brewery located next to the highway. They have lots of picnic tables outside and a handful of tables inside. The bartender was very nice and made some suggestions for our sampler. They do not sell cans of their beer, but they do growlers.

We had a FANTASTIC night with the number one server, Christina! Such a cool spot! We could pick our own music with the app and some money & tried some new drinks. They offered food too! Games up top and breathing room when ya walk in!

    Flight in tap room.

I stopped in yesterday for National Beer Day for a flight. 5 samples for $12 which is a good price compared to many other craft breweries. I was graciously greeted upon entry by my friendly server, who I believe is one of the brewers. I really liked the Belgian Quad & Skirted Scotsman wee heavy. All of my selections had very good flavors. This time, when asked for a brewery sticker, my gracious host told me he too keeps a collection and gave me several bottle stickers/labels as an alternative. Very nice of him and shows pride in the establishment, as well as a sincere attempt to accommodate a patron.

New local microbrew - five beers/varieties on tap. If you like smooth brews this place is for you from dark porters to light cream ales. Stop in a try a flight - only $7!

My new go-to place in Kenosha. Laid-back brewery with a wicked sense of humor. Love their logo and motif. A very relaxing getaway. Quality beer. Can always count on an interesting movie to kick back with or watch live music outdoors.

It small and not well thought out. It seems like the owners bought the place just to brew then decided to also use it as a tap room. Beers are not bad. It doesnt have a bad vibe but it is right off of I-94. Its worth a visit if u r a beer enthusiast

Finally got to check out Captain Mike's. I have heard good things about their burgers and they…read morelived up their reputation! The bar is a tad small so it can get busy in there pretty quickly. We got a table right at the main entrance and we were served promptly and pleasantly. I got help with ordering, which can be common for first timers, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. They have a nice tap list so getting a cold, refreshing beer was a must! My one critique if you will, the fries were limp.. not soggy but definitely not crispy. I didn't even bother finishing them, but the burger was filling enough that it didn't matter much. If I am in the area, I would stop here again and try a different burger, because they all looked so dang good!!

The only parking option I saw was on the street. Inside it's attractive with its own nautical character. Its food menu is burger centric and is kind of complicated to figure out. You complete a form that itemizes the kind of burger, fries, etc that you want. Even my waitress tried to help me and she got confused. Ha! I finally ordered a bowl of their beer cheese soup to start for $10.45. I then added an 8 oz grass fed beef burger with hand cut fresh fries for another $12.45. Yes, it was more food than I needed but I wanted to try the beer cheese soup which was delivered first with 4 pieces of sourdough bread. The soup was delicious being rich in cheesy flavor with cheese strings and bacon bits on top. It was a full bodied flavor soup and with the bread I could have made a meal of just this. After finishing the soup, the burger and fries appeared. It was a hearty and very good tasting burger on a quality bread bun. Also the fries were very good tasting with a good potato flavor. I couldn't finish it all but I wanted to. With a drink and tax it was about $28 before tip. I'm glad I had lunch here.

This was easily one of the most frustrating dining experiences I've had in years…read more I waited 90 minutes for a pizza. At the 60-minute mark, the waitress came out with excuses and promised it was "coming soon." Meanwhile, I watched every table around me get served, eat, and leave while I was still sitting there waiting. There is nothing more aggravating than being completely overlooked while everyone else gets taken care of. What really stands out is the complete lack of management presence. Not once did a manager come to the table to explain what was happening or offer a real apology. Instead, they offered a free shot, as if that somehow makes up for wasting an hour and a half of someone's time. Yes, they eventually comped the pizza--but by that point the experience was already ruined. I still paid for drinks and appetizers and left feeling frustrated and completely disrespected as a customer. Slow kitchens happen. Mistakes happen. But ignoring a customer for 90 minutes while serving everyone else, and failing to have management step in, is unacceptable. That's not a busy night--that's poor organization and worse customer service. I won't be back, and I would strongly suggest others think twice before committing their time to this
