They've always treated me well when I came in, and that means a lot. It never felt like I was just another order or another number. I was treated like a person, and that kind of thing sticks with you. What I always appreciated most was the atmosphere. It was a place I could go, sit down, relax, and just enjoy being there. That kind of environment is rare, and a lot of that comes from the way Brittany and Dan run the place. They make people feel welcome, and they do it in a genuine way. Good coffee matters, of course, but good people matter too, and Just Brew It has both. I've always been grateful for how kind and warm they were to me, and I'm happy to leave them a great review. First time here. We were passing through and were interested in a hot beverage and pastry…read more Food: We ordered a London Fog Tea Latte, a Mocha Latte, and some Coffee Cake. They did a good job with all of them. The London Fog was steeped nicely and had very good flavor. It was a little on the sweet side, so next time I'll ask for less lavender and vanilla flavoring, maybe half as much. It was served at a good temperature, around 150°F. The Mocha Latte was also very good, with a nice chocolate flavor and a decent amount of froth. I thought it was slightly on the cool side, but my wife said it was perfect for her. The Coffee Cake was excellent: moist, buttery, and loaded with cinnamon. It was a generous portion and easily enough for the two of us to share. Couple of small issues. First, they only serve beverages in paper to-go cups, without the option of an actual china mug. I much prefer wrapping my hands around a warm mug while relaxing in a café. The other is that they have a pretty limited bakery/pastry selection. Would definitely appreciate the addition of scones, or croissants. Service: Super nice people working behind the counter. We received a sincere, friendly greeting and helpful guidance with our menu selections. One staff member even came out from behind the counter to help me carry everything to the table. The staff seemed to know many of the regular customers and were able to have friendly conversations with them. You got the sense that there was genuine appreciation and connection between the staff and customers. Atmosphere: It's a large newer space with high ceilings and plenty of windows. There are lots of tables that work well for groups of two to four people. Several other small groups were there during our visit, but the noise level remained comfortable and it was easy to have a quiet conversation. They also sell additional merchandise, including honey and maple syrup. A nice place that I would gladly visit again the next time we are traveling through.

Parking is always easy and has an amazing view. The location is country-esque. Corn fields and a pretty pond really create a pleasant backdrop for shopping. During warm weather, there is a farmer's market. It always looks bustling although I've never stopped over there. Still, it seem really nice to be able to pick up farm grown items while shopping for other things at the store. The woman who checked me out was very personable. She was friendly and told me stories about her family as she bagged my items. I really appreciate kind service at stressful times like this. I did have a bit of concern as I shopped. I saw two different people wandering around the store without masks. Wisconsin's COVID numbers are at dangerous levels so I do not appreciate having to dodge non-mask wearers while I shopped. I would hope management would address this. Overall when I am in the area, this is my go to supermarket for their inventory, cleanliness and customer service.

I've been ordering from this Domino's since the day they opened in town. The first few orders were…read morea little rough, but hey--new place, new staff, growing pains. After that, everything was smooth sailing... until recently. And by "recently," I mean the last two orders were like watching a slow-motion train derailment made entirely out of pizza dough and disappointment. Order #1: We were missing food, what did arrive was burnt, and one particular item tasted like my tongue had been personally selected for punishment by a flaming pitchfork. We called, and to their credit, they made it right. They remade some items and gave us a full credit--usable only over the phone, but fine. They did the right thing, and I appreciated it. Order #2 (the credit order): This is where the wheels officially fell off. We ordered over the phone, clearly and carefully, because we wanted to give them another chance. They didn't enter some of the items, so we weren't missing food... they just never put it in the system in the first place. When I said "thin crust," what arrived was thick crust. The sandwiches were--again--sloppy and poorly assembled. And the food? Still burnt. At this point, it's not about a credit. It's not about remaking the food. It's about getting it right the first time. Quality control isn't a nice-to-have; it's the bare minimum for keeping customers. I don't want another coupon, another apology, or another phone call. I want consistency, accuracy, and, ideally, food that doesn't taste like it's been through a small house fire. Unfortunately, the recent pattern shows this isn't a one-off mistake. It's reactive, not proactive, and that's how you lose customers. And in this case... you've lost me. I won't be ordering again.
