I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but in order to leave a review I guess I have to, this is a bar, people drink and talk sh*#, a waiter is supposed to attend to the drinks you'd like and suggest anything that they might like, not ease-drop in your conversation and decide not to attend you because they got offended but then again you can openly talk without anyone butting in and feeling butt hurt. The manager asked us the leave because the waiter felt offended and we had just bought drinks. If you plan to have a good time with friends or colleagues go somewhere else not here you can't be you. read more

Stopped in tonight for dinner. The good- giant pretzel is delicious. Though the cheese sauce was a little thin. The fries super tasty so was the Nashville chicken. The bad- definitely understaffed. I felt for them. Took over an hour to get our food. The pork belly nachos were without sauce and inedible they were so dry. The Cubano sandwich spent way too much time in the window. Was also way dried out ham was like salami. Can't recommend. Won't be back. read more

The food is very fatty- awfully rich- but it's a splurge I guess. My chicken Caesar was swimming in dressing. Like Caesar salad soup. Waitstaff are good. Unfortunately it is so incredibly loud even at 5 pm, you have to yell to be heard by your table mates and/or the waiter. So so so loud. My ears hurt. read more

We were really looking forward to trying the new brewery in Bartlett. Between the decor on the outside, 2 levels for serving we had high hopes this place was going to be amazing with Locally Crafted beers, etc. Our hopes and dreams were dashed! It was over an hour wait to be seated. But we did snag 2 seats at the bar. To say this place is understaffed for the number of people they are trying to serve is an understatement. There were two bartenders at the bar for the most part, however getting their attention was something else. Just to order beer was crazy. After about 10 minutes of waiting we were able to flag someone down. Quite honestly, the beer being served, especially the stout is so sweet you can't hardly drink it, and I'm a huge fan of stout beer. We did order food, Korean BBQ wing - super, super spicy and Italian beef egg rolls. Nothing to write home about. We both figured we come back when the newness wears off. read more

Feel sorry for the bartenders and food runners! Growing pains but management needs to step in. Tables were empty for two hours while wait was told to be a hour. Our page was one hour while we sat at the bar looking at the empty tables. Food service was terrible or non existent. read more

We've been to More more times than I would like to admit, but tonight was our best experience there by far. 'Jen the Teacher' gave phenomenal service and was the most lovely waitress we've had anywhere in a long time. More of her, please! If you want a burger you're better off going to wendys, the burgers were just as thin. Tasted like they had been pre cooked, and were more expensive then a burger of that low of quality should ever cost. Steer clear unless you want to eat after you're drunk so you can't taste the poor quality pre made frozen patties they use. read more

Great new spot! The food was delicious and came out quickly and the beers were great. Our server Sara was super knowledgeable and was able to recommend many different beers and we enjoyed them all. Went on a Sunday night and the inside seating wasn't crowded at all but there was a 20-30 min wait for the rooftop, so if you want to sit outside expect to wait. Last night I went to More Brewing, in Bartlett, for the first time and I have to say the food was amazing and the service was outstanding ! So i was excited to see more open in bartlett. Went opening weekend and then again this weekend hoping they got the service improved. First time there they werent ready for the crowd. Server was barely attentive, food took forever, and food to be honest wasnt that good. Had the cubano, which was poorly constructed. Fries were solid. We were about to order dessert but since our server took so long opted out. Then this weekend went again. Came at 7 pm and was told there was a wait and that we can go to the bar up or downstairs for service as we waited for a table . There were 5 tables empty on the first floor, 10 on the 2nd floor and 6-7 outside. But we did as they said and waited at the upstairs bar. Upstairs bartender was nice but seemed overwhelmed. 30 mins later our table was ready. Needless to say it was one of the 10 on the 2nd floor that had been empty the whole time. We paid out bar bill and moved to the new table as sat. 30 mins went by with zero service. Went to the point i asked the hostess and she said shed get the server for us right away. 10 more mins go by and the server comes with an attitude saying she didnt know we had been seated , and she thought we just took the table. We tried to brush it off but she stayed in true form of attitude. We placed an order for drinks and waters. She came back with just the drinks no waters. Next she took our food order and i reminded her about the water. Again place isnt that busy- she goes and gets us a vase id water, and no glasses. Our food then arrives and she doesnt check in on us or how its going. I had to grab her when walking by and ask her for glasses for the water, where again recieved attitude. At this point we had enough and got the bill. Left her a 3.00 tip total and to be honest thats more than she deserved. Based on service i wont be back. Was hoping to really like it too. Burger by the way was very good but i can get food anywhere. I go out for service. read more

Food is always so unique and great tasting. Service is great too. Bartlett location has a huge rooftop deck. Cool view of the trains and downtown. Of course the beers, spicy and truffle cheese curds are the stars. read more

We loved the service, atmosphere and great food! Our appetizers of cheese curds and italian beef eggrolls were yummy! More burger was delicious as were the quesabirria tacos. Wouldn't recommend anyone for Bartlett. Discriminates. 3 times we came refused to sit us used an excuse slow service were closed at 7pm on top patio. Open till 11 pm. I don't understand. Asked for owner manager not available. Friends came in behind oh yes we can sit u upstairs. Lost business hope others will follow very rude. Not really a place one could enjoy. Went Itasca and had better food and service and would recommend. Hope Managers fire girls at front counter. If they want us find a way to offer. Will seek nbc CBS to notify next on this so many more are aware. read more

Wouldn't know about food or beverages because sat at the bar for 15 mins @ 2:30 PM on sat, not one bartender (of which there were 4 and 4 servers). Asked if there was something I wanted. Spent more time cleaning, out the dishwasher of glasses. Went to find the managers and all 6 sitting at the downstairs bar eating. Heard from others the service was bad but was willing to give it a try. MAJOR FAILURE. Been to Huntley More many times, they know how to treat guest. read more

Great food. Nice service. Outdoor dining is awesome but main dining room is a different story. It's so loud you can't hear yourself think. The place definitely needs to be insulated if they don't want to come off as a bar type of atmosphere. Again nothing against the food or service, just think some adjustments may need to be made to make patrons comfortable. read more

Stopped by last night for the first time and we will definitely be back! So happy to be getting more din in options in town and More does not disappoint. We started with the Quesabirra tacos which were juicy and just amazing! I had the Bang Bang Chicken sandwich crispy chicken and truffle fries. The sandwich and delicious with the right amount of kick. My husband had the Cubano and said it was tasty. Our server was Jen and she was great! Attentive and made sure we were never without a drink. Two timer and in both cases the food was very good. Nashville chicken sandwich and Cuban sandwich were full of flavor. Beer is excellent as is ambiance on upper patio. Good beers, but food was sub-par. Pretzel was dry as a bone. Korean wings had some sort of toxic kimchi which ruined the taste. Wife got a $16 ahi tuna salad with 4 pcs of tuna. We will go for beers, not for food. Bummed-was hoping for better. read more

The location and atmosphere are wonderful. Good food . Service disappointing due to reservations not taken for large groups nor ability to have separate checks for large groups. Hoping maybe that could change. Otherwise definitely a deterrent for future large gatherings. read more

A wonderful addition to the Bartlett neighborhood. Our service was excellent and very accommodating. Our waitress Sara was amazing and very cheerful. As a brewery they have great beers with a large variety to choose from along with a solid food menu for everyone. They have only been open a couple weeks so giving them grace as the servers get up to speed. Brewery is always crowded. Can't wait to hang on the rooftop patio. read more

Had very high hopes for this new, very needed addition to the area. I totally understand it was opening weekend, but they should have never opened without fully getting fully operational. I convinced my friends to go there for our friends bday. They are not beet drinkers but I assured everyone they had other options. No wine, no sangria even though we were told they had it, no mixed drinks. It seemed like everyhing was a "no". Our poor waitress had to play bad cop all evening. Food (apps) took forever to come out. It wasn't for a lack of staff cause they had plenty. The only ones on top of their game were the "busboys ". This isnt their first rodeo...they have other establishments. We ended up not eating dinner and leaving to go to another place across the tracks. They lost a pretty sizable tab and worse off, confidence in their establishment. It's a shame. J was really looking forward to this locations as I have been a fan of more beer (buying for a long time from binnys). Positive note, the beer was good. read more

Went in today for lunch. We sat downstairs and needed a high chair. They quickly brought it over and sat us. Place looked extremely clean even the high chair lol. Explained about our daughters allergies and they were careful when bringing stuff around. Our waitress was younger blonde very sweet and on top of it. I got a southwest salad with Cajun chicken. I'm incredibly picky with chicken and it was absolutely delicious I would have it everyday if I could. Husband had the bang bang chicken sandwich and he loved it as well. Cheese curds are the best we've had in our lives. Had the mango pineapple draft seltzer and a tequila soda both delicious. Will definitely come back again and again. Like the vibe it's fun and chill and the same time. I want to come back an evening with friends too UPDATE- I have ordered the same salad for carry out so many times since this review and dined in and my goodness it's my favorite salad ever!!!!!
