We stopped by here after a trip to the DMV. Had no clue this place was brand new but we're happy we made the trip. Wife got the bacon cheeseburger and I got the queso burger. Burgers were absolutely delicious. Accompany that with friendly staff, well lit and clean dining area and timely service . We were so excited to see this getting built and we happens to walk by on the day it first opened! GREAT food! We also got "The Best Quesonario" and both burgers were amazing! I did try Mooyah recently. I enjoyed my burger and fries very much. The bun is outstanding. I did find that some of the ingredients were not hot enough. I would prefer everything be hot, but the flavor was very good and those buns. Wow! Also, I had a chocolate shake and it was very chocolately. Is that a word? It was great. I happened to be driving by and saw the flags advertising this relatively new place. For 3:30 pm it was pretty busy. I ordered a standard cheeseburger, fries, Oreo shake. I'm not sure why people have complained about the fries, my order was generous in size and seasoned reasonably well. The burger was big enough too. Shake was small but so heavy I couldn't finish it. Overall, when I compare MOOYAH to five guys or habit, it comes up short. The burger quality is just not on par in flavor or texture. The shredded iceberg lettuce hurts the burger tremendously. Kind of nasty. The fries are good but not as good as the others. I'd give the food 3 stars. Now for the real problem. As I'm finishing my meal I need to use the restroom. Pretty badly. I see it's occupied (there is only 1 with a code to enter). I wait and wait and wait and finally I see it was occupied by an employee who went in to change into uniform. So then I ask another employee for the code which she mumbles at me while walking around me and entering the restroom. Before she closed the door she rudely says "you can wait". I let the cashier know about the experience as I left to go use the restroom at the grocery store next door. I got a shrug in response. I get that it's hard to find good help but I would guess that since the issue is with multiple people this is more of a systemic leadership issue. Nobody is perfect but there is no need to be rude to customers. I'll happily spend my money somewhere else. read more

I ordered 5 burgers to go this afternoon. When I got home, I realized 1 was missing. Pretty crazy considering they seemed to have a good system of putting a numbered sticker on each burger container to make sure they would all be there. I guess their system isn't working that well. I had to drive 10 minutes each way back to get the missing burger. In retrospect...not worth the round trip to get it. Fries looked delicious, but have no salt and are tasteless. Burgers, unfortunately, didn't make up for it. Maybe the shakes are good? Will not go back. read more

Yuk! I was so looking forward to trying this place. What a disappointment. My burger was sloppily put together and looked NOTHING like the photo on their website. The meat was overcooked, there were hardly any onion straws on it and I couldn't even taste the green chili queso sauce. For $9 I'll get 3 Big Macs and get what I paid for. Dare I say it? Our families go to Burger place! Has replaced our five guys and in n out runs. They are super fast and the service is always above and beyond . I see the same familiar faces every time which means these managers are present and putting in the work right along with their hard working employees. I usually like to give a shout out to employees who stuck out but honestly all of them have been friendly and accommodating Every time we visit, which has been a lot! The food is consistently hot, fresh, and so Delicious. The kids meals are so affordable for what you get with plenty of options to please anyone! Anyone knows we need that in this economy. The icing on the top is that it's always clean. Tables cleared, floors swept and counters wiped minutes within someone getting up. Give this place a chance and you will not regret it. As someone who is always looking for a great burger I had to give this place a try. Not sure if they are still working out the bugs or not but wasn't impressed. Ordered the duild your own burger with pepper jack cheese, fries and a drink. Decided to try the pink lemonade which was too watery. The fries were ok but nothing special. The cheese on the burger was melted perfectly and liked the lightly toasted bun with a touch of butter on it. My gripes were that the patty was undercooked and the shredded iceberg lettuce was awful. I'll give this place another shot in a month or so but honestly the Habit across the freeway is way better. read more
