Moose Auto glass was wonderful. They worked with me, and my insurance company to replace my windshield in a timely manner. As soon as I filed the claim, they called me within minutes, and were able to schedule me quickly. The day of my appointment I only had to wait about an hour. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. They even waved my deductible, and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving! I also used them in the past with another car, and they were great. I've seen the reviews claiming top notch customer service, and that may be true, as far as the work itself. I first emailed on 6/24. I realize everyone's overwhelmed, so remained patient for a return call. On 6/29, I called and spoke to Jennifer. She apologized and said that Brandon processes the estimate and she would have him call me back. Still no return call...I called back on 7/2...again, Jennifer apologized..."promised" that because they would be closed Monday, if Brandon didn't call me on Tuesday, 7/6, that she would personally call me back. This is now Thursday, 7/7 and I haven't heard a peep. The work may be worth you waiting for, but don't hold your breathe for assistance. read more

Very friendly and fast service but sloppy work. I had a drivers side window replaced. When I picked up the car the mini-speaker was not attached and closing the door sounded like maracas. Took the door apart and found almost a pound of broken glass and four broken plastic parts. If your car matters to you just fix it yourself or have your neighbor's daughter fix it. Our car was broken in to and we needed the rear passenger window and a panel adjacent to the window replaced. Jennifer with Moose was incredible! She ordered the parts and had them in the next morning, contacted my insurance company and came in before office hours so we could drop off our car. I brought my 2003 Honda Odyssey Mini Van to have my back seat and trunk carpets replaced, windows tinted, rear windows' motors fixed, front seats reupholstered, rear door plastic guard replaced, sliding door rubber bumpers replaced, front door locks and upholstery repaired, sound proof padding, minor cosmetic repairs. After 3 weeks of having my vehicle they called me to tell me it was ready for pick up. When I arrived I noticed right away that the mid-section of my van and trunk-well that were removed by Moose Auto Glass company had visible grease stains. At first sight I was not convinced that the back carpet was replaced because it was thin and looked the same as before whereas the front seats were evidently new and plush. There were also grease stains on the back door of my trunk from the employees fingerprints. He said his pants and hands had grease on them when he was kneeling down in my back trunk. My van is white so it stuck out like a sore thumb. I addressed my issues to one of the employees. The Manager came out and said they don't normally do this but would detail my vehicle as if he was doing me a favor? I mean, seriously? I paid $3800 for this work to be done so why wouldn't they clean up my van after the mess they made? The plastic handle for the gas tank opener was missing which they said they ordered a replacement. A rubber/plastic piece that I assume is for the A/C is missing as well as another piece. And the window control panel isn't screwed in either. I think 3 weeks is plenty of time to have finished this work although I made it clear that I didn't want them to rush the job so it can be done thoroughly and because I have another vehicle anyway. So in essence, they could have taken their time to do it right the first time. Overall, this company missed a number of details that are blatantly obvious and required of a company that pride themselves in gilding the lily. read more
