Between them and the tow company who charged over $1500 to tow the vehicle 19 miles, the return to get a new car was nothing. The insurance company said it was the highest storage fees they had ever seen and would be considering having them removed from their vendor list. Both me and the insurance called in attempt to negotiate the fee down and they refused to budge. People who take advantage of insurance payouts are the reason our rates are so high! Once I got there, he showed me, and I couldn't agree more with the work.
