I explained my car has a "calibrate" button that you simply push after installing a new windshield and it automatically recalibrates everything. They refused to install the windshield without the additional $750 recalibration fee. I went down the road to Auto Glass Express - they installed the new windshield quickly; I pressed the recalibration button and everything works perfectly. I'll never use SAFELITE again. Crooks.
