Repair work was done incorrectly to my daughter's sunroof resulting in $1,212 in additional damage when she opened it for the first time. A rock shattered my daughter's sunroof in August of 2016 on her 2013 Hyundai Veloster. We took the car to Keith Hodges Collision for repair. The sunroof was repaired for a total cost of $1,053 which was covered by my insurance company, State Farm. In March of 2017 when my daughter opened the sunroof for the first time since the repair, the sunroof got stuck and would not close. We returned the vehicle to Keith Hodges for repair. Keith Hodges felt they could not repair the vehicle, so Keith Hodges sent the vehicle to another service shop, J.T. Electronics, for repair. J.T Electronics found that all the broken glass was not removed from the roof of the vehicle when the first repairs by Keith Hodges were made. When the sunroof was opened for the first time, some of the broken glass damaged the tracks of the sunroof resulting in the sunroof not being able to close. J.T. Electronics repaired the damage, including removing the headliner of the vehicle to remove the remaining broken glass (which should have been done by Keith Hodges the first time) and then replacing the tracks. The bill from J.T. Electronics was $1,212. The bill was submitted to State Farm, but was denied due to the fact that the repairs were done incorrectly the first time...resulting in the additional damage to the tracks. I have spoken to Keith Hodges himself on several occasions. He refuses to do anything to make this right. His only response is "we are not a window repair shop." I feel if he felt he wasn't qualified to fix the sunroof in the first place he should have told us that and recommended we take it to someone who specializes in window repair. read more

Took my car in for a couple of different repairs. Keith and his team were so very helpful. They did an amazing job on my car. Nobody would ever know it had been damaged in two different areas. I highly recommend! read more

Very disappointed in the service. The cursing on the phone from them. Then telling my husband that they didn't work on the car properly. We could have died, because of the neglect shown by the person working on the car. We were lied to when the car would have be done, and wasn't. So: WARNING: Keith Hodges collision center will rip you off, and try to kill you. One hundred and ten percent not satisfied. He admitted in not doing his job and not fixing my car right. What can you say about a business that does what it says it will do? Deer damage on my Flex was professionally handled in a timely manner, and all promises kept. This is the worst repair business in town. I paid for my nephew to have his car repaired in November of 2014. The business had no problem cashing the checks I wrote for $9300. The business claims my nephew did not bring the car in until May 30th of 2015. The car is still sitting at the business. When I call or my nephew stops by, they say they are waiting on parts. The car looks great to the eye, but waiting over a year and a half for completion of service, is unacceptable. My deceased husband had wanted to see the car repaired, but was not able to, due to the length of time this business has taken to obtain parts. The business appears professional on their website, but something is deceptive about their procedures. I will probably need to contact the police to get to the bottom of the matter. read more
