Right before Christmas, a golf ball flew over from Tustin Ranch golf course (even though there are a whole row of houses between ours and the golf course) and broke one of my windows. I rent my house so I let my property manager know. I'm so glad she chose Moore Replacements! They are very friendly and easy to schedule with. This is THE company for dog doors! I called over 50 door and window replacement companies, Lowe's, Home Depot, Ganahl lumber, numerous handymen on thumbtack and Angie's list. They either only did dog doors on vinyl doors or walls or would only quote for an entire door replacement which costed over $4K. California Pet Door was the only other company that stated they could put a dog door through my French glass window but quoted me over $800, stated they would send an agreement and then never heard from them again... I found Moore replacements through yelp. I had called all the highest rated places and not only were they incredibly nice, thorough and honest on the phone. Based on what I explained to them they gave me a quote over the phone but I really appreciate them also providing an alternate quote just in case their over the phone assessment of my door was incorrect (because I really had no clue how to explain my sliding glass door problem). They had me email over some photos and we scheduled a time to have them come measure. Everything was incredibly thorough and organized! I saw an ad for custom doggie doors at RSM Pet Supply and called Mike. He was really responsive and answered my call as well as the millions of emails I sent him. He said the measuring and estimate would take 10 minutes and the installation would take 20 minutes and he was RIGHT ON, to the minute. He came by on Tuesday morning and then back again on that Friday and installed the door. He took extra care putting it in for aesthetic reasons and added some trim where he thought it would look nicer. He even put some stuff on the other track for the main door to make it slide better. Spending $200+ on a glass partition that limits the sliding glass door from opening was not for us. Plus, we didn't care for the aesthetics. Enter Mike Moore. We found him on Yelp.
