For 3 months I had window replacement companies come to my home to give me estimates on vinyl windows. I must have met with five different companies on various Saturdays that bid on the job. Yet something in the back of my mind kept me from signing on the dotted line. First time I used Moore Replacement Windows was to replace the threshold of my patio sliding door. I had picked up a flier at either a home show or the Del Mar Fair. I called Mike and he had me email him a picture of the old threshold. In just a short time he sent someone to San Diego to replace it. Then a little while later I decided I needed a new screen door for the same patio slider. Once again Mike sent someone to San Diego for the replacement. While I was deciding on the screen door, I decided to have a doggie door put in the screen. No problem! Done deal. In a short time it was all done and installed. I was building an addition on my house and needed to replace some odd sized windows (two were a half circle). Needed closet doors in a tiny bedroom where the originals had been removed long ago. This bedroom is tiny, and I mean, tiny. Not much room for error. On top of that, unbeknownst to me, the ceiling sloped several inches (old building). Mike came in, measured, ordered and Freddie came back for the install. These folks are terrific. Showed up on time. They repaired a sliding glass door that I had tried to repair myself (without success). It was necessary to remove the wheels, install new ones and repair both the top and bottom of the door.
