We ordered a glass door for our new tub. They came in and installed our shower door. When they…read moreinstalled the door, we noticed there was an 1/8 inch gab between the tub and the door. We told them on the spot but the response was "we don't have the part". You would think they would follow up with us. We had to bug them to come out and fix the leak. Once the shower was operational, I noticed several fingerprints on the glass doors. I tried to squeegee them off but they kept reappearing. It looked like the workmen had some type of glue on their hands. I called and spoke with Marianne. She told me it was my fault because we did not buy the special coating. I explained to her that it was the installation glue. She recommended that I use a Mr Clean sponge to remove the fingerprints and wasn't going to do anything else. She needs to take a class in customer service. Very disappointed since we paid so much for the door and they were highly recommended.
