I sent Gerardo multiple photos with the explanation to get an accurate quote which remained the same once on-site. We had two 2nd-story windows in our condo that failed a water test by our HOA contractor. I had a good feeling early on in my interactions with Gerardo and they proved to be right-on. I would find out later that he has over 23 years' experience in this field. He and his associate were very professional and efficient. He offered to wear booties, but I vetoed it since they would be continuously going from our outdoor patio at the ground floor to our 2nd floor balcony in order to get the job done on the two windows. We have old skool faux wood laminate so I knew it would be a quick mop job for myself after their departure. He examined everything on-site and explained what they would be doing and products used. Once completed he further explained what else they did to ensure a tight seal. He even pointed out a nail hole in our gutter that he felt warranted further examination by our HOA contractor. I greatly appreciate experts in the field who go to the next level to ensure things are done right. This was a great experience with a contractor, and we appreciate them helping us get our condo back in shape.

Highly recommend the team at Beach Cities Glass for your glass repair or install needs…read more I came to BCG with a rough idea of three projects around my house that needed a pro's help. Aaron thoroughly helped me assess my options, knew all of the potential pitfalls and nuances, and we came up with a plan to tackle all three projects. Total time was maybe twenty minutes. The quote was a good value (I'd gotten two other bids previously without this level of service) - so we agreed and set a time for the following week for install. Aaron even came by to double check my measurements ahead of time. Install day and his team was on time, ready to roll, and BAM - BAM - BAM - my three glass related woes were no more. What was previously an eyesore was quickly turned into a point of pride. My ugly old nicked up glass was fresh and new again. Couldn't be happier. I'm looking around my house for more project for them to make new again!

Communication was excellent throughout the process, and my glass was installed only one week after they came out to take the final measurements. The finished shower looks beautiful, and I'm extremely happy with the quality of both the glass and the hardware. Vladimir was great to work with. He was very transparent about the process, explained the products and materials being used, and patiently answered all of my questions. I received several quotes, and Local Glass & Screen came in with the best price for the level of quality they offered. It's refreshing to work with a company that communicates well, does what they say they're going to do, and delivers quality work. I couldn't be happier with how my shower turned out and would absolutely recommend Local Glass & Screen!

He replied within minutes, and we were soon going back and forth about our shower remodel. I sent him photos and rough measurements, and he promptly put together a detailed estimate and offered to schedule an in person visit. Their pricing was very competitive too. Less than two weeks later, we have the most beautiful shower door installed, and I couldn't be happier. Vladimir paid attention to the details, including making sure the hardware finish matched the rest of our bathroom. His crew arrived right on time, finished in under two hours, and cleaned up after themselves. After dealing with plenty of contractors during home projects, I've come to expect some headaches. This was such a refreshing experience. Communication was excellent from the first message through installation, and the customer service and workmanship were both a 10 out of 10. Vladimir and his crew made the whole process easy and stress free, and the finished shower looks amazing. I can't recommend them enough!

After my General Contractor took the payment, I had provided for replacing my wardrobe mirror…read moredoors, I was left without the installation. The contractor explained that he had not installed the doors because they were scratched. Seeking a solution, I reached out to Orange Mirror and Glass and spoke with Mike. He informed me that the doors should have been installed and later replaced if necessary. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment to take measurements for the new doors. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. The team removed my old, heavy mirror doors from 1973 and installed the new frameless doors efficiently within approximately 30 minutes. Based on this positive experience, I have decided that Orange Mirror and Glass will be my preferred glass company for all future projects.
