just now New They…read moresent out a very young man who was very inexperienced. He was quoting us over $2500 to replace these. We denied that free estimate. We told him if he can repair what is already there so that the locks work and he quoted us $400. We accepted that estimate and after he took it all apart, said he could not repair it so we told him go ahead and put it back together. We're gonna get other quotes. He says he cannot put it back together and he tried to leave with our Parts. I spoke to his manager Armando and Armando was very unprofessional. As you seen the picture, it was only eight screws that he had to put my stuff back together, but didn't do it instead he was upset because he cannot take advantage of my wife. Thank God, my wife called me to this matter I did not recommend these guys. I never will.

My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

California Window Masters was the most competitive. I also decided to do the sale through CWM's manager, Greg. From the start, Greg was kind, honest, and candid. He addressed all my concerns and was able to install all my windows and the new slider before the estimated deadline. His team was professional as well. Victor led installation and had the help of one other person. They finished everything in a day, and were very considerate (e.g., putting plastic down to not stain the carpet, vacuuming up dust, cleaning the windows). I opted for dual thickness glass (1/8" and 1/4") to help block the noise from the train, and am so happy I did. It was an extra $400 but well worth it. They removed my old French doors, installed the slider, along with white wood trim on the inside, and it looked great. Slides easily, and came with a screen. After the installers left I noticed a small defect in the track. It didn't seem to affect the functionality, but I notified the company and they came out and took a look. It was such a minor thing, but they decided to replace the entire frame, and did so in less than a week. We are very happy with how it looks, the quality, and the service. I will use them again. Highly recommend.

I am undertaking a fairly comprehensive remodel and window and door shopping can be paralyzing - a bazillion options and price points. I went to Ganahl Lumber, other window places in Ontario .... until I finally stumbled upon Mancino. Now I've met with Jeff on at least 6 different occasions with 3 of them on site. He has patiently explained to me the technical differences between the window lines that I was looking at - Marvin Modern, Marvin Vivid, Western, Milgard, etc etc and revised quotes for me time and time and time and time again to try and optimize the price point. He has come out on site to measure, re-measure, and also supervise cutting a depression in the concrete slab to recess a Centor screen system .... When I was injured on the jobsite and needed skylights, Jeff brought over options and information on Velux skylights that I needed to keep the project going --- all while keeping in touch daily with emails, texts, phone calls, etc .... on Saturdays, Sundays, and the weekdays. With this remodel project, I have dealt with many vendors --- roofers, framers, plumbers, demo, flat work guys, cabinet vendors, concrete guys, concrete finishers, pocket door salespeople, screen sales people, motorized awning sales people, fireplace people, etc etc etc etc....
