The Screen Guy had quick communication and response. The worker was here within a couple days of booking the project. The work was quick and clean. and they had very reasonable prices. We're very happy with our screens and will be using them for further projects! read more

A+++++ Great communication. Excellent workmanship. Fast turnaround. Honestly we are so happy with how this whole thing went down. I got their name from another resident in our building. I called and their scheduler said that Greg was in the neighborhood and would stop by. He gave us an estimate, we set up a date, they ordered, he showed up ON TIME (both times, by the way), he worked so fast that I didn't even realize he was done and boom, we have new screens. And...genius...he put in a stopper so our guests don't pull the screens past the middle like they have done for...oh...50 years. I am also going to add that I did get a quote from another screen guy in the parking lot before Greg came by and the price he quoted me was off the charts and was what motivated me to call The Screen Guy. The pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable for what we wanted. read more

Lola in the office returned my call, Greg showed up the next day and rescreened my doors. Great communication, fair pricing and professional work. I don't want more tears in my screens but if that happens again I would call The Screen Guy. You should too! read more

My sliding screen door wasn't rolling right. It was a struggle to move. I called The Screen Guy and Coby came out right away. He built me a custom sliding screen that moves like a dream and actually locks!!! While he was here he noticed we had a lot of moving boxes and the smallest trash cans. He offered to haul them for us to his bins. He went well over and above what he came for. Coby was very professional, kind and generous in helping us. I will call Coby everytime I need screen and/or sliding door repairs! I highly recommend The Screen Guys. He is honest and has high integrity. This kind of trust worthy company is hard to find these days! read more

The best local guy in San Clemente to repair your damaged screen. I called them and drove by. Coby replaced the screen immediately. He even checked the old frame and decided it was still OK, not needing a new one. This expert work with saving money in mind. I'm very satisfied with this friendly and personalized way to do service for the local customers. Well done. read more

If there was a 6th, 7th, 8th... or even a 9th or greater star, I'd give it to this company. How is it possible to take sliding glass doors and screens 20-some years old -- in not-so-good condition -- and service them to where they are better today than when first installed? Yes...better than brand new. My wife and I were shocked and for the first time are very happy with the doors and screens. Now the doors look as new, but roll and operate like a "Rolex." Further, not only did the tech, Coby, do a supber job, but also pointed out other things that needed servicing and/or replacing, and did them at no extra charge. His work is par excellence! We will have the The Screen Guy back again soon to replace some of our window screens, but the bottom line here is I HIGHLY recommend The Screen Guy. read more

The Screen Guy came and picked up my sliding door screen to re-screen and rebuild wheel area. They did it in a timely manner. The cost was fair, but most importantly, I tried to support a local business. I would recommend and use them again.. read more

Had an excellent experience with this company. Coby was punctual, thorough and very knowledgeable. I needed two unique window cranks replaced and some additional weatherstripping (which he pointed out - I didn't even know). They're local which is also a bonus. Overall, I'm very pleased and highly recommend! read more

Very professional and skilled and reasonably priced. Now all I have to do is NOT walk through my screen doors again!

Another great job done by The Screen Guy! Greg came on time, did a fantastic job and I was very very impressed and happy with his work. I would definitely recommend them for any screen repair or new screens that you may need. read more

Everyone else we contacted wasnt able to make it out for a few days, Lola got back to us, provided a quote over the phone, and sent Greg the technician out to us the same day. Greg was super friendly, took some quick measurements, and came back with our screens the next day, and installed them. They typically could do it same day, but apparently we have a unique type of frame. Pricing was on par with other quotes we had, but the Screen Guy was on top of it. read more

Very responsive to our situation and highly qualified and knowlegeable about all aspects of window and screen services. Our need was for three screens for which we provided measurements. Not only did Coby point out how much variablity can exist in the outside dimensions of such screens, after we gave very precise size dimensions, the finshed screens were exactly as requested and fit perfectly into the double-hung windows that needed screens. Fantastic service!! Highly Recommended!! read more

Our experience with the Screen Guy was amazing from the first point of contact through his website through installation. They responded right away and came the following day - arrived right on time. We ordered screen and Coby had them done within1 business day. He is a wealth of information and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend his work! If we could give him more stars we would. We will definitely call him again. read more

I was blown away by how good their customer service is, but the quality of their screen doors is simply phenomenal. Especially since they are priced right in the same range as Lowe's and Home Depot for "off the shelf" screen doors. read more

Excellent communication & estimate provided! Worked with "Greg" whom was on time, fast & efficient replacing the (9 total) screens for our home as well as gave our retractable screen door quick tune-up (lubrication/oiling). Service was timely. Communication was clear and pricing was fair. We love our new screen door!

Competitive pricing, timely communication, reliable service, and a thorough job. I was very impressed with my front screen door installation. I've used a couple of other screen providers in the area but frankly The Screen Guy was the most competitive for this job. They were very responsive, especially on install day with arrival time. Not surprised at all why they have so many good reviews. You can tell they really try. read more

Much needed replacement of our slider screen & they were able to provide same day service!

I am extremely happy with the quality of the products and services provided by Coby at The Screen Guy. In addition to re-screening two windows and a sliding door screen, he installed a retractable screen door and a sliding screen on a pass-through window. He also replaced the thresholds and weatherstripping on three doors. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic. My doorways all look brand new and the doors fit great with the new thresholds and weatherstripping. I highly recommend The Screen Guy! read more

A couple of years ago, this company replaced all of the screens on our house and we have been very satisfied! So, we called them again when a slider door became very hard to open and close. When the technician diagnosed the problem as a bent track, instead of claiming the work for himself, he honestly informed us that it would be fixed for free by the manufacturer, located all the information for us,and gave us the number to call. I call that excellent service! read more

I spoke with Lola over phone, and she was very helpful and professional. She offered a fair price. I went down to the shop in San Clemente to drop off my screen that needed rescreening. I thought it would take a few days for the job to finish, but Coby and team worked on it right away. Underpromise and overdeliver. I will continue doing business with this local shop. read more

We've used The Screen Guy in San Clemente for years and they never disappoint. Always quick to respond, their work is top quality, and pricing is very fair. It's hard to find businesses that are this reliable and consistent. I highly recommend them! read more

If you need anything screen or sliding glass door related, Coby is your guy. He has many years experience and a wealth of knowledge, not to mention he's a very nice guy. I called him on the recommendation of my construction superintendent just to fix or replace a problem screen door. He not only fixed that, but also fixed my broken sliding glass door which has been "fixed" several times in the last year or two by another company. Don't let his company name fool you--Coby knows it all about windows and doors! And he explained everything to me in the detail I like to understand what's really going on with them. The price is right, too. I recommend The Screen Guy Inc. without qualification. read more
