I called and their scheduler said that Greg was in the neighborhood and would stop by. He gave us an estimate, we set up a date, they ordered, he showed up ON TIME (both times, by the way), he worked so fast that I didn't even realize he was done and boom, we have new screens. And...genius...he put in a stopper so our guests don't pull the screens past the middle like they have done for...oh...50 years. I am also going to add that I did get a quote from another screen guy in the parking lot before Greg came by and the price he quoted me was off the charts and was what motivated me to call The Screen Guy. The pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable for what we wanted.

I sent Gerardo multiple photos with the explanation to get an accurate quote which remained the same once on-site. We had two 2nd-story windows in our condo that failed a water test by our HOA contractor. I had a good feeling early on in my interactions with Gerardo and they proved to be right-on. I would find out later that he has over 23 years' experience in this field. He and his associate were very professional and efficient. He offered to wear booties, but I vetoed it since they would be continuously going from our outdoor patio at the ground floor to our 2nd floor balcony in order to get the job done on the two windows. We have old skool faux wood laminate so I knew it would be a quick mop job for myself after their departure. He examined everything on-site and explained what they would be doing and products used. Once completed he further explained what else they did to ensure a tight seal. He even pointed out a nail hole in our gutter that he felt warranted further examination by our HOA contractor. I greatly appreciate experts in the field who go to the next level to ensure things are done right. This was a great experience with a contractor, and we appreciate them helping us get our condo back in shape.

We told him if he can repair what is already there so that the locks work and he quoted us $400. He says he cannot put it back together and he tried to leave with our Parts. I spoke to his manager Armando and Armando was very unprofessional. As you seen the picture, it was only eight screws that he had to put my stuff back together, but didn't do it instead he was upset because he cannot take advantage of my wife. We were looking at large windows for our beach house to let in more air and natural light, and…read morethat's when we found Flip Out Windows. Everything from the quotation process, time to delivery, and most importantly the quality of the product was top notch. The inherent design of the product is very unique and we didn't find anything out there as well-engineered as what these guys delivered. You can quickly tell the time and effort put into each custom, hand-crafted window by all the details - everything from the solid steel frame that has no flex to the gas chambered hinge design, to the seams around the dual-paned glass and how everything is assembled. None of the work is out-sourced and they do it right in their own warehouse locally, and this is clearly reflected in the quality of the finished product. The windows are easy to use and held up very well. We get more compliments and questions on our windows than the rest of our newly remodeled house. To top it all, the staff and customer service here was amazing. Gary is the owner who designed and engineered the product from the ground up, and you can tell he takes pride in his work through years of experience in welding and design. Inga took our order and coordinated all of the details (she exceeded our admittedly detailed, picky demands). They are both a class act and understand the true meaning of customer service and experience. We are very happy with the product and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flip Out Windows to anyone!

Aaron thoroughly helped me assess my options, knew all of the potential pitfalls and nuances, and we came up with a plan to tackle all three projects. Total time was maybe twenty minutes. The quote was a good value (I'd gotten two other bids previously without this level of service) - so we agreed and set a time for the following week for install. Aaron even came by to double check my measurements ahead of time. Install day and his team was on time, ready to roll, and BAM - BAM - BAM - my three glass related woes were no more. What was previously an eyesore was quickly turned into a point of pride. My ugly old nicked up glass was fresh and new again. Couldn't be happier.
