Today, Aaron from city glass came by to estimate repairing our 4 foot miter window. The window is 6 feet above ground level and appeared to have a very large crack on it. He came all the way out only to reveal that it was a spiderweb on the glass. There was no damage and no need for his services. He left with a smile on his face in a homemade cookie for his time That type of business ethics it's so rare these days. Kudos to Aaron. read more

Highly recommend the team at Beach Cities Glass for your glass repair or install needs. I came to BCG with a rough idea of three projects around my house that needed a pro's help. Aaron thoroughly helped me assess my options, knew all of the potential pitfalls and nuances, and we came up with a plan to tackle all three projects. Total time was maybe twenty minutes. The quote was a good value (I'd gotten two other bids previously without this level of service) - so we agreed and set a time for the following week for install. Aaron even came by to double check my measurements ahead of time. Install day and his team was on time, ready to roll, and BAM - BAM - BAM - my three glass related woes were no more. What was previously an eyesore was quickly turned into a point of pride. My ugly old nicked up glass was fresh and new again. Couldn't be happier. I'm looking around my house for more project for them to make new again! read more

This review is late in coming, but better late than never. We had a poorly hung glass shower door done by previous owners. Beach cities came out super fast and fixed it. They were so responsive and affordable that I used them for a project at my business. Highly recommend them! read more

OMG I wish every company was this great to deal with. We had broken a panel in our shower... most companies never bothered even calling back. These guys came out, got correct measurements and went the extra mile to insure it was remounted correctly. read more

Best customer service! Jonathan came to measure & Jesus came to install new mirrored wardrobe doors. Extremely professional. Arrived on time, perfect install & cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend. read more

We just moved into our new home and needed several windows replaced due to broken seals and cracked glass, and we received two bids. We chose to go with Beach Cities Glass because Aaron was professional and he was very experienced in this business. He not only just measured the windows but he also made recommendations and had ideas that the other company did not. I would highly recommend Beach Cities Glass to all of my neighbors and friends and will hire them again in the future. Beach Cities Glass was communicative during the whole process and had very competitive pricing. The installers were very friendly, professional and did a great job. I am impressed! read more

We bought a fixer-upper house in San Clemente and completely remodeled two bathrooms. We intend to retire here so we meticulously planned the remodel and wanted glass panels of high quality and expert installation. Aaron Lowe visited our house and made excellent suggestions. Jonathan Stroh and Moises Aguirre expertly installed the panels and left the bathrooms clean & tidy. We are VERY pleased with their work and highly recommend Beach Cities Glass. read more

Five stars for the team at Beach Cities Glass! We wanted to replace the wall-to'-shower mirror when we upgraded our small bathroom. The large mirror they installed fits perfectly and made the whole upgrade "pop". Its extra icing on the cake when we can shop local, too. We are lucky to have these top-notch businesses right around the corner. read more

Beach Cities Glass - Perfect fit! - Windows Installation Near Me - Capistrano Beach, California

Just had two pieces of glass cut for antique tables. One of the tables had a very complicated shape and the attention to detail was great.

We recently had barn style glass doors installed in our shower. The doors looked beautiful but we had some issues getting them just right. Beach Cities had no issue coming out repeatedly to make sure that they were just right. They were professional, responsible and their price for the project was competitive! I highly recommend Aaron and Jonathan! read more

I called them for an estimate for a broken glass patio door and window and the lady said she would get back to me with a quote, but never heard from them. My wife also called with the same results. I guess they are too busy. read more

I'm a high end tile contractor, been doing it for 35 years. I recommend BCG to my customers for their shower enclosures. Never had an unhappy customer yet! I am pretty particular myself and I'm happy to use and refer them because I know if there's ever a problem they stand behind their work 100% On a personal level I've used them for various projects at my house. Aaron helped me select some acrylic materials to build a record player cover, also supplied some awesome glass for the new bath cabinet doors. This is a family run business that strives to satisfy the customer and that's the kind of business I want to do business with. read more

Great knowledgeable company! They have helped me with screening projects for windows and patio doors, replacement single pane glass for windows, window hardware and custom fabrications. Totally my go to. read more

I have had Beach Cities Glass prepare mirrors for 3 jobs. Each time the mirrors have been terrific, the turnaround time usually less than a week and the pricing excellent. Compared to an art frame warehouse, the mirror prices were 30% less. Aaron is great to work with, fast, efficient and very friendly. Congratulations to the company for being in business 40 years! Quite a statement for this day and age. read more

We ordered two mirrors custom fit to the back of our wet bar. Great fit and quality! Good price. Next day service! We installed the mirrors ourselves. My contractor referred me to beach cities. We are very satisfied! read more

I love these guys! I am a garage door contractor and I often need to purchase replacement glass for broken door windows. Everytime I contact beach cities glass and provide the specs for the glass they quickly have it cut to size. Often the same day and at a great price meaning. I recently replaced a piece of glass at my personal residence and was torn between a few designs. After I told them the look I was going for they made me a contemporary piece of glass that was tempered in order to be to code due to the windows location. Everytime I visit their storefront everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. read more

Aaron is super friendly and goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Strongly recommend.

Super rude guy on the phone made it crystal clear that customers are not a priority at this business.

Probably the rudest business I have ever tried to do business with! Tried to get a simple answer as to whether they could get a part and was told "Simple Answer - No then, we are too busy"! This was after trying to get an answer for an entire week. So now I have wasted a whole week with nothing being done. I guess if you don't have a big job you aren't worth being a customer. Stay away from this place. read more

Awesome job building and installing our glass shower door in our new bathroom. Looks like a million bucks!

Had a window replaced here and Aaron helped me. It was a painless process. Very knowledgeable staff that i felt very comfortable trusting.

I had the worst experience walking into this glass shop. they asked me $125.00 for small piece of glass, walked out few doors down to other Glass shop, they asked me $48.00 for the same piece of glass. not just they ask way too expensive, but the owner is very rude person, very very bad customer service. come on!!!! really!!!! if there is zero star I would go for that!!!!!! read more

Called today last minute as I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and they squeezed me in same day to remove a mirrored wall. The bathroom had this huge mirrored wall covering the entire wall. I knew I needed pros to take it down and not get injured in the process. They were busy but came same day so my project could go forward. Thanks so much. The 2 guys were great!! read more

Very pricy. Will not use this shop in the future. price comparison is the key. Checked other glass shops in town and they are all cheaper and/or with better service, e.g. on site. read more

I was referred to Beach cities glass by a family member Who was very happy with their service over the years which is always a good sign. I called them on a Tuesday to repair a broken window for a rental property and the window was installed by Friday afternoon at a very reasonable cost. Beach cities Glass is a wonderful company to work with. My husband and I needed a small pane of glass replaced for place that we rent. Didn't want to spend a ton of money and this place is super affordable. Bonnie was super nice and helpful. Go give back to our local businesses you will not be disappointed. read more

We had a large crack in our front bedroom window, we took it into Beach Cities Glass and they replaced the glass and put the pane sections back on perfectly. Very reasonable, efficient, and friendly service read more

Two problematic window screens and a broken dresser drawer with hard to match glass... got me quotes in a day and offered me "less expensive" options than identical matches. I thought that was super cool and considerate. The prices were great and it's not easy offering great prices when SoCal is so expensive, but they did! I love the small family business and I appreciate them sticking around to make life easy for me! read more

I'm a contractor that had shower doors installed on a project of mine. Doors were installed wrong and when I had Doug come out to fix them he said they were fine and proceeded to talk down to my client, telling him he didn't know what he's talking about. I went by his dingy shop and was shocked at how unorganized and unprofessional it was. Doug proceeded to tell me he would up-charge my client to fix the shower doors and said "that guys house is huge, he makes plenty of money and can afford it". Needless to say Doug was not asked back to the job site and I paid someone else fix his mistake!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire Beach Cities Glass! read more

I had the absolute worst experience. Contrary to the one and only other review, Doug was not nice. He was condescending and did not live up to the contract. They essentially ripped me off by not performing work that they charged me for. I stupidly paid in advance. If you want good glass work, go a few doors down to Mission Glass. They did great work behind these guys, and they did the actual work I contracted for and honored their prices originally quoted. read more

I stopped into Beach cities glass today , being a small business owner in Dana Point wanted and almost always to support small businesses in my community . The owner interrupted my conversation with a sales person and in a nutshell says to my salesperson " I need you to work on something else now" mind you I had only been talking with the salesperson for 3 maybe 4 minutes . Then says to me what do you need ? We charge for a design consult ! I'm thinking " design consult ". ? I was telling the salesperson what I needed . This owner is a black eye on small business here in town . RUDE !!! I suggest to go somewhere else in our community that appreciates your patronage to small businesses in Dana point ! read more

4/4/2015 What a great company! Beach Cities recently did a frameless shower for our new home and two large mirrors. It is a family run business that offers great customer service. Aaron, the owner's son, was fabulous to work with. His attention to detail and follow through was impressive. Moses and Jonathan did the installation. They were took great care in installation. Bonnie in the office was kind and always returned my calls. I would highly recommend Beach Cities Glass. read more

I received good customer service and product from Mission Glass. After my experience, I would definitely use them again. I called other shops in the area. Only this glass shop carried the item I was seeking. They were very sincere, and it seems to be a family business that has been in the industry for a while. They knew a lot about the type of glass which I needed. I wanted to point out that I discovered that there are two glass businesses close by with almost the exact name, so maybe the person who did not get a response perhaps confused it with the neighboring shop. The son e-mailed me and called me back promptly, and the dad was very knowledgeable. read more
