The inherent design of the product is very unique and we didn't find anything out there as well-engineered as what these guys delivered. You can quickly tell the time and effort put into each custom, hand-crafted window by all the details - everything from the solid steel frame that has no flex to the gas chambered hinge design, to the seams around the dual-paned glass and how everything is assembled. None of the work is out-sourced and they do it right in their own warehouse locally, and this is clearly reflected in the quality of the finished product. The windows are easy to use and held up very well. We get more compliments and questions on our windows than the rest of our newly remodeled house. To top it all, the staff and customer service here was amazing. Gary is the owner who designed and engineered the product from the ground up, and you can tell he takes pride in his work through years of experience in welding and design. Inga took our order and coordinated all of the details (she exceeded our admittedly detailed, picky demands).
