We've used Natura before and it was great (zero VOC!) and we just painted our kitchen with Aura -- also superb. It coats extremely well. Now we're working on the exterior of our house, and the Low Lustre exterior paint has been great too. Forrest did a custom color match to our existing front porch paint and it was perfect. Woo! He has often informed me of new products and sundries available that I wasn't aware of. The store is clean and welcoming, and his assistant, Heather, is great too. Forrest almost always has his dog with him at the store, she's a friendly rescued Greyhound. I have never had a bad paint mix from them (I am a regular customer) And it's a lifesaver for me that they carry samples in just about all of the Ben Moore colors. Some places that carry Ben Moore only have the limited palette of factory produced sample sizes, but Forest supplements those with the remaining colors. It's such a great feature. Please go to this website for more information on what type of paint cans you can recycle and locations near you. You need to call them ahead of time to schedule a time to come by because they have a certain limit they can accept. I walked in and was helped by Cody. He said I could bring them in and I asked for a cart but he said no, he would bring one to my car and load them up for me. He was very professional, friendly and efficient! He made the whole process so much better with his great customer service!

Employees are all so extra nice and friendly plus super quick. Call ahead to have paint mixed and ready if you are in a hurry and know what you want. Also order ahead online and they can also deliver to your location... I think with a minimum order of 10 gallons. Excellent contractor pricing that meets HD premium paint prices but SW has much better quality. Don't skimp out on good paint. It makes such a huge difference.
